Both Nikki and Adrian were excellent throughout the process. We purchased through Kennedys, and at times when the sale seemed to stall, Nikki responded immediately, kept things moving efficiently, and consistently updated us, which really put our minds at ease. Adrian was fantastic during viewings—very helpful, approachable, and able to answer any questions we threw at him. Only have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market.
