The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

Lamberts gave common sense advice that was borne out by a successful sale. We were so pleased that we did not consider costs when placing the sale with Lamberts

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not very good communication. Contacted about a viewing on a property & was told they were on holiday for the week & viewings would be arranged when back. Chased today (Tuesday) about viewings & miraculously it has been let. Just communicate correctly, its not much to ask. If the viewings were full or something, just say so.

We purchased through Kennedys, and at times when the sale seemed to stall, Nikki responded immediately, kept things moving efficiently, and consistently updated us, which really put our minds at ease. Adrian was fantastic during viewings—very helpful, approachable, and able to answer any questions we threw at him. Although we weren’t direct clients of Kennedys, I’m very glad our sellers chose them. They made what could have been a stressful process much easier, and we’re very grateful for their support.- 12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)The whole team at Jeremy McGinn have been amazing in selling our house this month. From the very start of the process they kept us informed on progress with regular updates so we could relax and enjoy the process in what can otherwise be a very stressful time. Importantly, they achieved the sale quickly which was what we wanted. Will highly recommend them!

Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????
