6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these. From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed. Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents
3rd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We decided to sell when there was a lull in the property market. Avon carried out as much advertising of the property as they could. They kept in contact throughout this time. Sale not quite completed yet but on the whole everything has been good.

7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We are buying a new home from Taylor Wimpey and Reeds Raines were one of the appointed estate agents. They were extreemly polite and efficient and answered any questions posed to them very promply.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.

From the start, with all the things that are involved in taking on a property and any maintenance that needs to be done, it has all gone very smoothly and the reason for that is great communication, it's really appreciated. From the outset Adrian was polite helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the market place, the site my van was on and how best to sell. Would highly reccomend this company, they sold my van for over 18K more than the site offered me, couldnt have been more please with the company, and service we recieved from Adrian - would highly reccomend

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

1st Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Only have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????

We decide to ask them to market the property and the whole teams approach was extremely professional keeping us very well informed on progress regarding the sale which was completed within 4 months at the anticipated sale valuation, Great service from a local Estate Agent
