3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Leaders, thanks to Dave and Zaria. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond throughout the process. His advice was always clear and helpful, which made everything much less stressful. Zaria was also fantastic - she kept things moving smoothly and made sure I was regularly updated with progress from both solicitors, which I really appreciated. Both Dave and Zaria were very responsive and easy to deal with, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’d highly recommend them!
1st Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Stewart Oliver City Sales & Lettings is hands down the worst letting agency in Birmingham. They charged us the wrong amount and took payment immediately, despite the fact that no damage was caused at all — this happened on the first day. When challenged, they flat-out refused to admit their mistake or issue a refund. The staff in the office are rude, dismissive, and completely resistant. They have zero respect for customers and make no effort to listen or resolve issues. Every interaction feels like they are trying to intimidate rather than help. To make matters worse, they are letting commercial properties for residential use, which is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the legality of their operations. This agency is unprofessional, unethical, and careless. They cause unnecessary stress and clearly do not care about tenants at all. Avoid at all costs.

From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire tenancy process. 20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I tried to use Samuel King to sell my property in 2024-25 with no success. I found Stephen to be a significant blocker, with little by way of feedback and what often sounded like fictitious viewings. There were no offers and he was evasive on the phone. Eventually, after 6 months, I snapped and asked Samuel King to delist the property. I had no idea what was going on in Stephen’s life, but he was a state - shirt untucked, food stains down the front - and an overall mess. He appeared the very opposite of professional and if you’d have told me he’s living at the Canning Town office I’d have believed you.<br><br>I switched agents to Purple Bricks and the property sold at the same price listed with Samuel King in 6 weeks. Make of that what you will.<br><br>I later passed Stephen in the street near the SK office and he looked much the same. I had thought that using a local agent would be a good idea, but my experience was anything but. There’s a reason why this office is living mainly on old reviews and is the lowest rated estate agent on Google in the area. I have no skin in the game anymore, my property is gone, but I still felt I should leave this review as a cautionary tale for anyone else thinking of using Samuel King.
