We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again.
