Like all house purchases it had its challenges and Martin dealt with these with total professionalism working as a honest broker between me and his client. 13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market.<br>Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus.<br>Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch.<br>In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest.<br>For this we are very grateful.<br>If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?
