1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

29th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)The agents we spoke to were very friendly, approachable and professional. They supported us to help us get the price we wanted for our property. Marketing was really good: the house was on their social media platforms and on Rightmove. I couldn’t recommend them more!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.

She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)

26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. 20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.

27th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)We don't leave many reviews but selling your home as everyone knows is stressful , throughout the whole process James was professional, calming and and at every stage reassured us of the sales progression . On a personal note James is a lovely guy and is passionate about your property and property in general , he has brilliant local knowledge and he does the viewings himself which is critical as he becomes very knowledgeable about your home and you are not getting multiple people doing the viewings who aren't totally invested. We highly recommend James as your estate agent it's an easy five stars from us Paul & Carol ?????
