From start to finish they were very friendly ,professional and a pleasure to work with and just can’t fault their commitment to making the whole process go as smooth as possible. A special mention to Luke for all his hard work who went above and beyond for us throughout . I would also like to thank Ellie for her role in the process keeping us updated and her communication throughout and the rest of the team who made a stressfull situation a pleasant one . 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.
15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Nicole Ashenden at Howkins in Daventry made the whole process a breeze. Excellent communication throughout, from arranging the viewings through to negotiating the lease and even suggesting local walks and pubs. Would highly recommend ????
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently moved into a property mid contract. An agreement was made with all parties involved to change the names on the contract and arrangements to do this out in place. However since moving in; one of the original names is yet to have been taken off and i am yet to be offered a new contract. With multiple attempts to address this it has only come to light now, after a new contract should be in place, exactly what the issues are. There are inconsistencies with the messages received from shipways and a lack of communication from them.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We have just completed a sale that was brilliantly handled by Iona at Connells in Rugby. The property was with another agent for three months and only had one viewing: then we took it to Connells and they found us our buyer in less than a week!

I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. I would highly recommend to others in a similar position. They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year. A big thank you to Selina and Irene in the letting team and hope to use your services again in the future
13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

Would definitely recommend.- 24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.

They went above and beyond for me, I lived a 2 hour drive away and they were amazing, being there for lots of little things to save me a trip north I would 100% recommend them
