30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)The sale of my flat was a complicated one as the EWS cladding rating changed mid way through the process. This had a significant impact on lending options available for the buyers. At one point the sale was off but Fraser Pollok did an incredible and very professional job in getting the transaction back on track and introduced the buyers to a mortgage broker who managed to secure funding. Stirling Ackroyd were brilliant throughout and the sale most definitely wouldn’t have happened without their excellent input and relentless effort. He worked extremely hard for both sides, and even though I was the purchaser, pushed for fair negotiation on the asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Rishi is honest, responsive and very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend him if you need an estate agent.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

In the chaos of the London rental market, they made everything feel smooth and personal, and worked so quickly to get everything over the line for us. From the viewing through to referencing and signing, they were always easy to speak to and really helpful with every step. We’re so excited to be moving into our new home and really grateful for all their help. Thank you Charlotte and Rasha! Highly recommend.

Both Rose and Faz, the 2 Managing Directors, are personable, hands-on and very helpful throughout.<br><br>Hemmingfords was also my estate agents for the sales of my flat. I had many offers fall through in previous sales negotiations with other estate agents. Sam Ghadakchi, their Sales Director, was able to get an offer on the table very quickly, helped me choose a good solicitor and facilitated the entire process very smoothly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the Hemmingfords team. Great people and better real estate agents.

19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit, completed the referencing and background checks, and was sent a draft tenancy agreement to sign. I was also contacted and informed that everything was fine and that the final contract would be sent shortly.<br><br>Based on these assurances, I gave notice to my current landlord to vacate my existing property.<br><br>After waiting for around two weeks, I unexpectedly received an email indicating that the property was still available. It appeared that the property continued to be marketed despite my holding deposit having been paid, the referencing process having been completed, and a draft contract having already been signed.<br><br>What was most concerning was the lack of communication. At no point was I proactively informed that there was an issue or that the tenancy might not proceed. Had I not received that email and followed up myself, I could have been left without confirmed accommodation after already serving notice on my current home.<br><br>This situation caused significant stress and uncertainty and could have had serious consequences. I would strongly advise future tenants not to give notice on their current property until they have a fully executed tenancy agreement and written confirmation that everything is finalised.

The whole process was smooth, clear and quick.<br><br>Special thanks to Sol, who was always in touch and helped us with every question along the way. He was happy to help even outside of working hours, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Overall, very professional and helpful service. I would definitely recommend Circa London, especially Sol!- 31st Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Best use a different agency, there are plenty out there.
