4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t recommend Exmoor Property enough.<br>The estate agent, Lee, was exceptionally helpful and friendly from our first meeting.<br>Despite being a busy professional, he took special care to ensure that we were able to see all the properties we were interested in on our own schedule, even cutting into his own free time after hours.<br>He continued to go above and beyond, provide helpful insights during the exchange process, answering questions patiently and keeping me well informed and up to date on everything that was happening.

Whether sharing his latest golfing or family anecdotes or diving into the nitty-gritty of contracts and small print, James has a gift for putting people at ease while ensuring clarity and precision. From our experience, one of the biggest stumbling blocks in negotiations is when parties are not fully aligned before a conversation takes place. James acts as the backdrop and container for these discussions, making sure that everyone is brought onto the same page. He keeps the conversation on track with seemingly little effort, and his ability to read situations and explain things clearly is invaluable. James’s approach is solution-focused, pragmatic, and fair. If he doesn’t immediately know the answer, he finds out quickly and comes straight back to you. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
