Selling a home can be an incredibly stressful and emotional experience, but the team made the whole process so much easier.<br><br>Their communication was excellent from start to finish – always keeping me updated, quick to respond, and completely on the ball throughout. The ladies were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly, warm, and great fun to deal with.<br><br>During what was a very emotional time for me, they supported me far beyond what I expected from an estate agency. At times it felt like I had a team of therapists cheering me on! They were always there to listen, offer reassurance, and guide me through every step of the process. By the end, I felt like I’d known them forever.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients, I would absolutely recommend Home Connexions. Communication was always clear, and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br><br>A special thanks to Caroline, who was particularly supportive and professional throughout the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference.<br><br>Overall, I would highly recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency. Thank you to Caroline and the entire team for providing such a positive experience.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

5th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

The support through the entire process has been incredible and I can say that I have had a few setbacks in the process (outwith any control) however the team have navigated me through it. Special shout out to Sharon who without that support it would not have went the way it has. Anyone anywhere really should go with these guys! Thank you Gary and Sharon you have both been amazing and I will forever be grateful to you.

8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I can’t recommend Connaire at Kelly Residential highly enough. From start to finish, he was outstanding throughout the sale of my flat. His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
