29th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)My daughter and I recently had a very positive experience with AVJ Home Letting from the moment we contacted them, to the moment we picked up the keys to the property. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. A special mention to Vijay, who showed us around the property. He was incredibly professional and welcoming. He gave us plenty of time to look around without any rush and was clear about all the details. It's easy to see that they take customer care very seriously. I'd highly recommend AVJ Home Letting to anyone looking for a rental property!
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Zero complaints from me. From start to finish I felt in good hands. My mortgage advisor (Alana) was great, she walked me through the process in our first meeting and it really helped demystify the whole thing for a first time buyer like me. Additionally, the viewing agent was really friendly and helpful, with a good amount of local knowledge. Overall I’m really happy with the service I received from Alan & Harris Paisley and would totally recommend.
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thanks to Christopher , Caitlin , Gheila and all the staff at Countrywide in Paisley for the outstanding service provided from start to finish in dealing with my brother’s flat on Paisley.

Can’t recommend them enough .

Morgan was very pleasant professional and great to deal with. Thanks for your help Morgan. David Whyte
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We have been Corum customers for a number of years (this is our third sale and purchase with them) but the first time dealing with this branch. The service we received was everything we have come to expect from Corum and more.

Transactions these days seem to be much more stressful than we have experienced before and this sale/purchase in particular was up and down for months. Nicola and the team were exceptional and got us where we needed to be, whilst keeping things as calm and seemless as possible.

We would not hesitate in recommending Corum and we really would like to make a special mention about Nicola who was absolutely wonderful!
24th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We had a truly wonderful experience purchasing our new home with the support of Savills, and I can’t speak highly enough of Gil, who guided us every step of the way. From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Thank you, Gil and the entire team at Savills, for helping us find and settle into a place we now proudly call home. We’re so grateful
20th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Great Estate Agents. Extremely helpful at getting my property sold. Would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of selling or even purchasing a new property from them..
17th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Very efficient and pleasant throughout. I would recommend them to anyone.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Overall good. Few areas where they weren’t very proactive
11th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We had a wonderful experience with Castle Residential as first-time renters. The whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, making the process smooth and reassuring for us. We truly appreciate their support and would happily recommend them!
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.
Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.

The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.

After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.
After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.

Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot praise the staff at Rettie, Newton Mearns enough for their support and advice in selling our home. When my husband and I embarked upon this journey, we could not have anticipated the bumps along the way. The experience of Alison and Daniel has really helped us to get to where we are today. Daniel has literally gone above and beyond. We never doubted that he was as invested as us. No request has ever been too great. The professional yet personal approach has made a massive difference during a time of much uncertainty. We cannot recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for their service.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Very friendly staff. Good feedback
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Kiran top customer service amazing 5 star.- 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Shocking experience where the aggressive incompetent sales manageress tried to upsell me on a dodgy ex rental where the previous owner had made a mess of a renovation 20 years ago. 16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend Lesley highly enough! She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of selling our home.

Our property was sold at closing within a week, and we achieved an incredible price above the Home Report value. Lesley and the whole team made the process very easy and stress-free for us, providing all the information we needed, answering every question we had, and supporting us through every aspect of the sale.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re thinking of selling your house, I would highly recommend Lesley and McKirdy Estate agents; fantastic from start to finish.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)?????

We had a really positive experience selling our home with Kelly Residential. Declan and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish, providing an excellent level of service, great communication and support throughout the process.

We were really happy with how everything was handled and felt confident that our sale was in good hands. A big thank you to Declan and all the team for making the process as smooth as possible.

Would happily recommend Kelly Residential to anyone looking to sell their property!
