11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Steve & Rob were a dream to work with when selling our house. I have used other agents previously and Osbornes are in a league of their own. Steve is extremely honest - from realistic pricing in the current market to quickly and efficiently dealing with offers and negotiations.<br><br>Osbornes have excellent communication (loved the Watsapp group - so much more convenient than agents constantly ringing to arrange viewings, then confirm them etc). They are always contactable - any queries dealt with either immediately or within the hour.<br><br>If you’re looking to sell I highly recommend using Osbornes. They make what will always be an incredibly stressful experience much easier!

She communicated regularly, always explained where things stood and what needed to happen next, and was incredibly proactive, working with every solicitor in the chain to keep things moving.<br><br>There were several moments when it looked like everything might fall apart, but Melanie kept a cool head and made sure the chain didn’t collapse. Honestly, without her and the tremendous effort she put in, I don’t think we would have exchanged. If you’re buying or selling with Bridges, you’re in very safe hands with Melanie. Thank you!

My agent was Alex Demilecamps suggested another place and as soon as I seen it - I knew I wanted to move in!<br><br>The service from Mackenzie Smith is above par - highly recommend to anyone seeking their next property be it either for lettings or purchases!<br><br>I finally took possession of the keys today!
2nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!

We spoke to several other estate agents in Fleet, but McCarthy Holden really stood out.<br><br>Victoria was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about Fleet and the surrounding area. She was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and straightforward as possible.<br><br>We received excellent advice when selling our house, as well as invaluable guidance when purchasing our next home. Victoria was also brilliant at keeping things moving and liaising with the other agents. He was always prompt in responding to any queries, attentive throughout the entire process, and kept me fully informed every step of the way. His knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence, and he worked tirelessly to secure me an excellent re-mortgage deal. On top of that, he also found me a fantastic insurance package, saving me both time and money.<br><br>Equally deserving of praise is Alessia Mazzanti-Lee, who expertly managed the tracking and completion of my re-mortgage.
