From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. He is supported by an equally excellent team. I thoroughly recommend them.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
8th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I would like to thank Phoebe Wojciechowski and the Foxtons Guildford team for their help and support with the re-letting of my property.<br><br>Phoebe was professional, responsive and particularly helpful in coordinating everything that needed to be done within a very tight timescale before the new tenants moved in. She kept me informed throughout and worked closely with her colleagues and contractors to help ensure everything came together successfully.<br><br>I very much appreciate Phoebe's personal assistance and commitment, as well as the support provided by the wider Guildford team. The new tenants have now moved in and are very pleased with the property.<br><br>Thank you to Phoebe and the team for all your help.

They have always been highly responsive to both general queries and to any maintenance required. Grantley always kept us informed of emergency contacts over the holidays, and proactively informed us of upcoming changes to the letting process/legislation. House visits were organised well in advance, allowing us our privacy. They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. If we had another house to sell, we'd certainly use them again - we couldn't recommend them enough.

16th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling service. Catherine, who was supposed to show us around the property we had arranged to see was short and rude from the moment we met her. She refused to answer any questions we had about the property, didn’t seem at all interested in actually displaying the property to us and spoke horribly to us during the brief time we had with her. Avoid this agency at all costs if this is the standard they hold themselves to. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agency.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We are just finalising a purchase of a house and Jacob at WPR was the listing agent. Jacob was a great agent to deal with and kept us informed throughout the process. He was very responsive and did his best to progress the sale as quickly as possible. We dealt with several agents in Godalming when viewing and could not recommend Jacob enough. If we ever choose to sell we will be asking Jacob to act for us!
26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)My experience with Bourne has been disappointing, particularly regarding after-tenancy support.<br><br>Communication has been consistently slow, and it has often been difficult to get hold of my property manager by phone or receive timely updates. Essential maintenance issues reported immediately after moving into the property, including a faulty fridge/freezer and extractor fan, took weeks to progress.<br><br>I hope Bourne can improve their responsiveness and prioritise maintenance issues more effectively in the future.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I cannot recommend Seymours Godalming highly enough to anyone looking to rent in the area, and would particularly like to mention how amazing Josh Frewin was in helping me find a new home.<br><br>I had been searching for quite a while before contacting Seymours and was feeling really exhausted and stressed out by the process. But when I contacted the Seymours Godalming office, Josh genuinely listened to what I was looking for and even showed me a property that was just about to come onto the market that he thought would be a good fit for me, and which ended up being absolutely perfect! Josh gave the kind of personal touch service that no other agent had provided, and that really made all the difference.<br><br>Josh kept me updated at each stage, and he and the team moved things forward quickly (which was really impressive given the rather short turnaround for the move in date!) From the first phone call, Josh was friendly and helpful and his professionalism and initiative really stood out. He took away all the stress I’d experienced with other agents and has genuinely helped make this the easiest and least stressful move I’ve ever had!<br><br>I’m so happy in my new home (the ‘welcome to your new home’ card from the team was a lovely touch!) and I’m really grateful to Josh and the team for making this happen!

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful.
