He is supported by an equally excellent team. I thoroughly recommend them.
8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. If we had another house to sell, we'd certainly use them again - we couldn't recommend them enough.

We really love our new house, and Caroline was very helpful throughout the whole process.<br>She kept us updated throughout and was always on top of everything. Communication was really good, and she was always quick to reply. She even replied to our email while she was on holiday.<br>As first-time buyers, we found this really helpful and reassuring. Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.

1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)WARNING TO TENANTS: Know your legal rights!<br><br>Be incredibly careful if you are ending a tenancy through this agency. They are currently giving out incorrect legal advice and misapplying the Renters’ Rights Act 2026 to the financial detriment of tenants.<br><br>Staff members are claiming that the new law retroactively forces a two-month notice period on everyone. This is legally wrong. Under the Act's official transitional rules, pre-existing contracts signed before May 2026 that allow a shorter (one-month) tenant notice period remain completely valid.<br><br>By misrepresenting the law, this agency tried to trap me into double-paying rent. Check your original tenancy agreement, protect yourself, and do not let them bully you into extra payments. I have had to escalate this formally to their Managing Director and will be taking it to the Property Ombudsman if it is not resolved immediately.

He really went above and beyond throughout the process.<br><br>A great agent, a wonderful property, and we’re genuinely very pleased to have bought it.

I’m so glad we put our house sale in their capable hands.<br>They were very professional but also so friendly and approachable.<br>Despite numerous problems along the way , the always sorted everything and soothed our nerves .<br>I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers and sellers. 3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!
