He was incredibly friendly and always on hand to answer many silly questions from a first time buyer. He made the whole process seem very simple and seamless, I could not recommend him enough. Not much more to say, I guess more money was the ‘profile’ that won! Also as days lapsed communication went sour. And since they never contacted us regarding any new properties, effectively loosing interest!

Thank you.- 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Haven't officially let a property through Seymours, but based on our first impression of Seymours, having three viewings cancelled after having travelled two hours to visit Guildford, was not great. We weren't notified over text, or email (our original contact method), apparently we were called. A colleague said the lettings agent was "on their way"... after 20 minutes we called again, spoke with the lettings agent who said she previously cancelled the viewings due to the tenants not being amicable to letting us view the properties. Either way, a miserable experience of which I will not be letting with.

20th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.

1st Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.- 2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)10/10 – I would recommend Bourne in Godalming without hesitation. We initially had our house on the market with another agent who unfortunately wasn’t able to sell it. After switching, the difference was night and day. From the outset, the team (Adrian, Jim, Tilly) were proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. They kept us updated throughout, were always available to answer questions, and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Selling and buying a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, persistence, and support made a huge difference. We’re delighted with the result and very grateful for all their help. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is responsive, proactive, and goes above and beyond, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
