17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

She kept me informed throughout and worked closely with her colleagues and contractors to help ensure everything came together successfully.<br><br>I very much appreciate Phoebe's personal assistance and commitment, as well as the support provided by the wider Guildford team. The new tenants have now moved in and are very pleased with the property.<br><br>Thank you to Phoebe and the team for all your help.

The team worked hard from the outset and generated a strong level of viewings, which helped us secure a buyer sooner than expected.<br><br>Although the sale itself took longer than hoped due to delays further down the chain, Seymours remained proactive throughout. In particular, Simon Gresswell has been excellent — consistently chasing, pushing, and keeping us updated to move things forward wherever possible. His communication and persistence have been genuinely appreciated.<br><br>Despite the challenges outside of their control, Seymours have been professional, supportive, and committed to getting the sale over the line.

26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. 3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Mark Collins recently sold a rental property for me , from initial meeting of Mark I knew I wanted to use him to sell my property , I had done some research on what local properties were selling for , Mark was spot on with his valuation so the property sold very quickly , he is always available to speak on the phone or will always call back promptly if hes busy ,he made the whole process stress free, I cant recommend him enough

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Massive thanks to Cedric & Jack at White & Sons, who not only helped with our sale but pleased to say we found our purchase with to!<br><br>Professional, personable and tenacious throughout, they not only marketed our property brilliantly, they were consultative when it came to pricing and small layout changes to showcase in its best possible light, which led to finding a successful buyer.<br><br>On our purchase, Cedric advised we take a look when it wasn't on our radar... With a reassuring 'trust me on this one' when we pushed back... and I'm glad we did!<br><br>They managed the sale progression really well, chasing when needed and making sure we were on track for our exchange and completion.
