He was incredibly friendly and always on hand to answer many silly questions from a first time buyer. He made the whole process seem very simple and seamless, I could not recommend him enough. Absolutely amazing service.

28th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Generally ok, however agent reassured us our family ‘profile’ would appeal to sellers, some days later they sold to a property developer! Not much more to say, I guess more money was the ‘profile’ that won! Also as days lapsed communication went sour. And since they never contacted us regarding any new properties, effectively loosing interest!

Thank you, Simon and team!- 26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Haven't officially let a property through Seymours, but based on our first impression of Seymours, having three viewings cancelled after having travelled two hours to visit Guildford, was not great. We weren't notified over text, or email (our original contact method), apparently we were called. A colleague said the lettings agent was "on their way"... after 20 minutes we called again, spoke with the lettings agent who said she previously cancelled the viewings due to the tenants not being amicable to letting us view the properties. Either way, a miserable experience of which I will not be letting with.

19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We honestly cannot recommend Jigsaw highly enough<br><br>Having now both bought and sold through them, we've experienced the process from both sides and if we were doing it all again, we'd choose Jigsaw in a heartbeat<br><br>Our sale was far from straightforward. There were plenty of twists, setbacks and moments where we genuinely questioned whether we wanted to continue at all. Throughout the entire process, David was an/our absolute rock. Estate agent almost feels like the wrong job title at this point - he became a mediator, advisor, problem solver, sounding board and occasionally the person talking us back from the brink when things felt impossible<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. David was always there with honest advice, reassurance when we needed it and a level of patience and support that went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He guided us through every hurdle and helped keep us sane during what could have been a very stressful experience<br><br>We also want to give a huge thank you to Rebekah and Nina, who have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Between viewings, updates, phone calls and countless conversations over the last year or so they've always been friendly, professional, approachable and genuinely invested in helping things move forward<br><br>The thing that stands out most about Jigsaw is that you never feel like just another transaction. The whole team genuinely cares and that makes all the difference<br><br>Five star reviews can sometimes feel too good to be true but in Jigsaw's case they're completely deserved. Where we didn't have the best of experiences with our solicitors, we cannot fault the support and just general ease of communication we had with Robbie and Curchods.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.

10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Alex, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help throughout what turned out to be a very challenging and lengthy transaction.<br><br>The sale took almost a year and involved a lease extension, a fallen-through onward purchase and numerous complications before we finally reached completion. Throughout the entire process, Alex was proactive, professional and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always available to answer questions, chase updates and keep communication flowing between all parties. He is also an excellent negotiator, which proved invaluable when I revised the sale price following completion of the lease extension.<br><br>I would also like to thank Amber, the sales progressor Alex appointed to the transaction. She was fantastic throughout, always responsive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving. Having both Alex and Amber involved made a huge difference.<br><br>The final stages became particularly challenging due to difficult solicitors, Land Registry delays and pressure within the chain. During the last week before completion, Alex and Amber worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, chase solicitors and push the transaction forward. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their calm, practical approach helped enormously during what was an extremely stressful time.<br><br>What stood out most was that Alex genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for his clients. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent and remained committed to seeing the transaction through right to the very end.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and the team to anyone buying or selling a property and would happily work with them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help and support, Alex and Amber.
