15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. Well done from very satisfied clients. Ian and Sheila McLeish.

She handles any issues that arises in my flat prompt manner and she always makes a follow up call to check that the contractor has done the job. It is very rare to find an agent who is proactive, responsive, professional and just a pleasure to deal with when problems occur.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.- 13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Flick and Son and I cannot recommend them enough! Specifically Kayleigh in the Beccles office. She went above and beyond which made the process much less stressful. Kayleigh kept us informed every step of the way, even taking on tasks outside her remit to get us over the line. Brilliant.
