Unlike other estate agents we dealt with, HJC were very prompt with replies, always kept us in the loop, and proactively checked in with us throughout the process. We never felt like we had to chase. Karen and Tuesday were very friendly and supportive and would highly recommend them.

Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Best agents in Surbiton - by far!<br><br>We have used Matthew James on 7 separate transactions and they were brilliant every time. They give great advice, are a joy to deal with and manage everything with the utmost professionalism and skill. They are incredibly responsive (returning calls within minutes). We couldn’t have managed the sales without them, because they did so much of the transaction management to keep everything on track, and they found really lovely buyers for all the properties we sold. Buying and selling property can be stressful, but MJ make the whole process so much easier. All buyers they introduced were genuine and completed each sale, so there was no wasted time for anyone. Everyone in the office is terrific! Highly recommended.
2nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

Suits don't indicate professionalism.<br><br>Previous review.<br><br>They are professional and well mannered, however, please be vary if you are the buyer and not the seller. MF & Co inflate prices like no other estate agency and they will sell you a lemon with full knowledge of what they are doing.<br><br>Looking for a morally sound estate agency is near impossible, but MF & Co is easily the worst I've encountered so far.

They took the time to understand our situation and always helped us find solutions.<br><br>I really appreciated their professional yet personal approach and, despite the complexities, genuinely enjoyed working with them. Highly recommended!

It was far from a simple sale, and we were managing it from abroad, but George made it feel effortless from our side. He was always available, and his advice was straight and level-headed. He handled every hurdle calmly and professionally, and kept everyone pulling in the same direction until we crossed the line. What makes the distinction?<br><br>Buying a property can take time, and quite early into our search, my wife and I found ourselves saying, "We really hope we end up buying through Robert Leech."<br><br>The reason? Lisa.<br><br>We'd started building a relationship with Lisa through numerous viewings, conversations and even some pretty tough negotiations. And over time, we came to realise that our relationship with Lisa and Robert Leech was far more than just transactional.<br><br>Now, Lisa doesn't blur the lines about who she represents. She's instructed to get the best deal for her client, and rightly so. But what makes her different is that, despite us not being her client, we genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart too.<br><br>With every viewing, proposal or negotiation, Lisa wasn't just looking at the property or the numbers. She was thinking about our family. Guiding us in a way that protected us financially, supported us locally and helped us make sensible, informed decisions.<br><br>We never felt like just another couple of potential buyers. 31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.<br><br>A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.

He recently sold our Mother's house in Ashtead, which had a few hiccups along the way and took a long time to get over the finish line. Mark remained calm throughout and gave us good guidance, in what was for us an emotional and difficult time.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Each interaction was lovely, my questions were answered in a timely way. All forms, a contract, the inventory and welcome pack were all processed swiftly and easily all with a sense of 'hand holding' throughout the process. Congratulations to the whole team, I look forward to spending happy times in my great and new rental property.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!

24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I worked with Seymour’s over a period to help progress a clients house purchase.<br><br>There were a few challenges with the purchase and we were so grateful for Clare’s support.<br><br>Clare has taken the time to check back in at several points since the sale completed and has helped provide valuable guidance on a few ongoing challenges with the property and the property market in general.<br><br>Should a client be needing to rent or buy in the area again, I’ll be back in touch with Clare and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Seymours.

Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly. We'd definitely use them again.
