They are honest and responsive which are the two most important requirements for me when moving house.<br>We have used both Walton and Weybridge offices and the service on both occasions has been exemplary. Thank you team MF and he will kill me if I don’t say a special thanks to Alastair who has almost kept me sane for this one!!!

1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience.<br><br>I moved into a property on 31 July 2026 and was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it was handed over. The property had no electricity when I moved in. After investigating the issue myself, I established that E.ON was the supplier and was informed that the electricity had been disconnected due to a negative balance on the account.<br><br>The property also had no hot water, with the hot water system/boiler displaying an error. In addition, the property was clearly not prepared for a new tenant. It showed no sign of having been professionally cleaned, the walls were dirty, there was mould on the walls and blinds, the bedroom carpet had hard sticky stains, the lounge flooring was lifting, the kitchen walls required attention, and the toilet seat was broken.<br><br>The most disappointing part was the lack of communication and support from the agency. After calling the office several times and sending emails explaining that the property had no electricity and no hot water, there was complete radio silence. Despite raising urgent issues affecting the basic habitability of the property, I received no timely response or clear plan to resolve the situation.<br><br>Moving into a new home should be a positive experience, but unfortunately this was extremely stressful and disappointing. I hope the agency improves its property inspection process, communication with tenants, and response times when dealing with serious issues.

She was proactive, professional, and arranged many viewings in a short period of time. Thanks to her hard work, I received my first offer within just 2–3 weeks of putting the property on the market.<br><br>Communication was always clear, and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Jessica and the team to anyone looking to sell their property.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

My issue was handled quickly and efficiently, and she kept me informed throughout the process. It's refreshing to receive such attentive and courteous support. Kecia then assisted in accelerating the conveyancing, and helped communicate promptly with the sellers. Very happy and grateful for their excellent service.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. He was super friendly and patient, answered any questions we gave him or gave an honest answer if he wasn't sure. We were able to make an offer on the property on the same day and got a call the next morning to say we had been accepted. Whenever I have called Gascoigne-Pees, they've picked up, Antonio was also accommodating with changing our viewing times at the last minute.<br><br>Really good service, I'm sure the next part of the process will be just as smooth and I feel like we're in good hands :)

They were professional and empathetic throughout, treating the sale not simply as a transaction, but with genuine care and understanding.<br><br>Lewis signed us up and gave us confidence from the outset. Katie was wonderful intuitive, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about our home. She seemed to instinctively understand what made it special and carried out viewings with warmth and enthusiasm, always looking for the right people rather than simply a buyer.<br><br>Stuart did a superb job, proactively reaching out to a prospect on their requirement register, bringing the sale together, a professional and safe pair of hands, along with support of whole team, the process was remarkably smooth and without problems.<br><br>Most importantly, to us, they found the most perfect new owners for a house that has meant so much to us for over three decades. That mattered enormously.<br><br>Gareth, as the owner, has created something rather special at Davies: an estate agency with heart, modern and highly professional, yet with the kind of old-fashioned values, personal service and genuine care that can sometimes be hard to find. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
