11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Whilst looking for houses in the Byfleet area we met with Lucas a few time whilst considering a house they were offering, who I can only describe as a real gentleman. Such a lovely young man, who is extremely professional and personable at the same time. I didn’t end up buying through them but wanted to leave this feedback as it is not often you meet a genuine estate agent who is working hard for both the buyer and seller.
1st Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. Julie, Robbie, Amy, the whole team have not only bent over backwards for us, they have gone way more than the extra mile and become very good friends to boot! Handled every aspect of the sale of our house and every bump in the road with the purchase of our new one (and there were many), with calmness, professionalism and genuine care (along with lots of snacks and cuddles for our dog) - they kept us going through to the end, and got us into our dream home. Thanks guys.

Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. 10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Alex, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help throughout what turned out to be a very challenging and lengthy transaction.<br><br>The sale took almost a year and involved a lease extension, a fallen-through onward purchase and numerous complications before we finally reached completion. Throughout the entire process, Alex was proactive, professional and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always available to answer questions, chase updates and keep communication flowing between all parties. He is also an excellent negotiator, which proved invaluable when I revised the sale price following completion of the lease extension.<br><br>I would also like to thank Amber, the sales progressor Alex appointed to the transaction. She was fantastic throughout, always responsive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving. Having both Alex and Amber involved made a huge difference.<br><br>The final stages became particularly challenging due to difficult solicitors, Land Registry delays and pressure within the chain. During the last week before completion, Alex and Amber worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, chase solicitors and push the transaction forward. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their calm, practical approach helped enormously during what was an extremely stressful time.<br><br>What stood out most was that Alex genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for his clients. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent and remained committed to seeing the transaction through right to the very end.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and the team to anyone buying or selling a property and would happily work with them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help and support, Alex and Amber.
