Abi was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had, making everything feel straightforward and well-supported.<br><br>Overall, a great service and I’d definitely recommend the team.

She is evicting 5 tenants from Vernon Road and other tenants. 16 properties with children!<br><br>Refusing to meet with the union.<br>Documentary will be released soon and action will be taken for the lack of compassion she has had for the families with children.- 12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)When we decided to put our house on the market we looked at a few different agents, but opted for the Personal Agent, due to the service and advice received even before the sales process had begun. The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????

If we had a question she didn’t know the answer to (which was rare) she just said she didn’t know and found out for us very promptly - honest and open communication which was really appreciated!<br><br>As we went through the process of purchasing the house Melissa Kim and Zoe were so helpful and answered any questions we might have! 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Winkworth Estate Agent in Cheam is a very competent and professional company. Shaun Amner, the Director, and his team acted as my agent for the sale of my family home. They were also the agent for the vendor of the property I wished to purchase. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process were answered quickly and precisely. The team had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. Every individual I dealt with at the office was courteous, knowledgable and always up to speed with the situation on both my sale and purchase at all times, which made for an excellent client experience knowing that I had a cohesive and effective team working for me. If I were asked how Winkworth could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!" Well done, Amner, Georgie, Kirstie, Jane and Evie; and thank you all for the part you played, particularly in delivering my aspiration of buying the dream property I did.

He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo.<br><br>Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests. She was very proactive and handled our case expertly, updating us along the way and translating all the jargon used between solicitors for us, making our lives easier.<br><br>I can't recommend them enough. If anyone asks me for an estate agent/agency, you'll be my first recommendation.

I spent most of my time dealing directly with Jade, I'd like to say it was a pleasure, she was incredibly helpful throughout what was a prolonged process and kept me updated all the way. Whenever there was an issue she was first to resolve it. Equally, Nathaniel stepped in when Jade was unavailable to oversee and assist with some challenges along the way.<br><br>Everyone I spoke to at Kaybridge across both offices were incredibly polite, helpful and professional throughout.
