28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I'm not someone who often leaves Google reviews, but my experience with Victoria was so exceptional that I felt it deserved one.<br><br>We genuinely couldn't be happier with the service she provided in helping us find our perfect home in Cobham, which we're moving into next week.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive Victoria was throughout our search. We were registered with several estate agents, yet she was the only one who consistently sent us properties she genuinely thought would suit us, using WhatsApp, which was our preferred way of communicating. That level of initiative made all the difference and, ultimately, is exactly why we ended up buying a property through her. It's a great example of how proactive, thoughtful service really does pay off.<br><br>We'd previously had some less-than-great experiences with others at Knight Frank, so Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Although she's actually based in the Esher office rather than Cobham, nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always available when we needed her and incredibly responsive throughout the process.<br><br>Her negotiation skills during the purchase were particularly impressive. She navigated discussions between the seller, solicitors and the inevitable timescale challenges with professionalism and determination, always finding practical solutions to keep things moving. Even when obstacles arose, she remained calm, patient and relentlessly focused on getting the transaction over the line, making what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably straightforward.<br><br>Thank you again, Victoria. We're incredibly grateful for everything you did, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

Their communication was fantastic, kept up to date with progression work, providing me with weekly updates - ensuring the sale was moving forwards and foreseeing any potential issues. Progression work is vital to a smooth sale, often over looked by other agents! 5 Stars- 28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)From the first meeting to value the property through to completion of sale the whole team we dealt with at Patrick Gardner - Sarah, Jonty and Charlotte - have been efficient and communicative. They enabled us to get the best possible price for the house and guided us through the sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your sale or purchase.

He was super friendly and patient, answered any questions we gave him or gave an honest answer if he wasn't sure. We were able to make an offer on the property on the same day and got a call the next morning to say we had been accepted. Whenever I have called Gascoigne-Pees, they've picked up, Antonio was also accommodating with changing our viewing times at the last minute.<br><br>Really good service, I'm sure the next part of the process will be just as smooth and I feel like we're in good hands :)

My purchase was managed by Richard who was proactive throughout the process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He kept me updated every step of the way and left voicemail messages whenever I was unavailable, so I never felt out of the loop.<br><br>Richard kept all parties moving, helping the purchase progress as quickly and smoothly as possible. He also made the process easier by providing quick access for surveyors, which helped everything run efficiently. Buying a first home can be daunting, but the communication at Matthew Pierce and their professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.

They were professional and empathetic throughout, treating the sale not simply as a transaction, but with genuine care and understanding.<br><br>Lewis signed us up and gave us confidence from the outset. Katie was wonderful intuitive, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about our home. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Massive thanks to Cedric & Jack at White & Sons, who not only helped with our sale but pleased to say we found our purchase with to!<br><br>Professional, personable and tenacious throughout, they not only marketed our property brilliantly, they were consultative when it came to pricing and small layout changes to showcase in its best possible light, which led to finding a successful buyer.<br><br>On our purchase, Cedric advised we take a look when it wasn't on our radar... With a reassuring 'trust me on this one' when we pushed back... and I'm glad we did!<br><br>They managed the sale progression really well, chasing when needed and making sure we were on track for our exchange and completion.
