He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very happy with the service we received from Patrick Gardner, and Sarah in particular. We were not local so it was great that they were happy to deal with potential buyers, including taking meter readings on the completion date, and providing access to the company we were using to clear and clean the house prior to completion. Two negatives. the first was that the clearing and cleaning company, that they put us in touch with, let us down. They did say that they would not recommend any particular company, so shouldn't affect their review, but we did suggest that they took them off their list. Don't know if they have. The second was that they were a bit pushy about having a sale board up. As we were not local, and as the house was vacant, we were reluctant to advertise that the house was up for sale, particularly as, being at the end of a cul-de-sac, there was no passing traffic.- 19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)A sincere word of thanks especially to Sarah, Megan & team for the outstanding service Patrick Gardner Bookham provided when I rented my home. He was always quick to answer questions, kept us updated at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We felt well looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel and the wider team at The Personal Agent to anyone buying or selling in the area.

The Cobham team were a delight to deal with; extremely responsive, effective and communicative. Their style and approach is really straightforward. Amy was my main point of contact and was tremendously helpful in getting things over the line. Thank you also to Kate, Debbie, Jemima and Alfie. Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

Jemma and Alia kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to all of my queries promptly. I would recommend the estate agent, Jemma and Alia without reservation.
