14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)A definite 5 star rating from me. In a more challenging property market, Angie and Nick got us live on Rightmove extremely fast (we already had a valid EPC). Within a few days they had qualified 5 interested parties and suggested they arranged back to back viewings on the Saturday. By the following Monday afternoon we had 3 offers and were guided as to which was the most proceedable. We followed their advice and exchanged yesterday!! 18th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.
1st Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.
17th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

They also work so well as a team in the Dorking branch, offering support whenever needed in a process that is never straightforward, but their knowledge and guidance was so helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Jemma and Alia kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to all of my queries promptly. I would recommend the estate agent, Jemma and Alia without reservation.

I spent most of my time dealing directly with Jade, I'd like to say it was a pleasure, she was incredibly helpful throughout what was a prolonged process and kept me updated all the way. Whenever there was an issue she was first to resolve it. Equally, Nathaniel stepped in when Jade was unavailable to oversee and assist with some challenges along the way.<br><br>Everyone I spoke to at Kaybridge across both offices were incredibly polite, helpful and professional throughout.
