31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I have used this letting agency to let my property for the past 20 years, both C Wade and CJones for the first 19 years, I used their letting service, and this year I also chose their property management service.<br>Throughout the years, the service has always been professional and reliable. Chris has been my main point of contact for nearly 20 years and has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. More recently, I've also dealt with Zuzanna and Bailey, who have both been polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They always respond quickly to any questions or requests, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br>I really appreciate the excellent service I've received over the years and would happily recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional and dependable letting agent.
16th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I paid £213 to Greenfield for the holding deposit. The referencing failed. Instead of them refunding my money. They deducted £60 from my money. When I enquired The agent called Laurence said, they have deducted the cost of referencing from it.<br>I said what?? You didn't tell me from the onset. Moreover, I have not asked anyone to do referencing on my behalf, so why I'm I bearing the cost.<br>Is this extortion or what???
12th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have sold several houses over the years and my experience with Charlotte Mantle of Knight Frank Wimbledon was by far the best. It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We were really pleased with the service we received from Gascoigne Pees when selling our family home. Both Ken and Adrian were always so helpful, supportive and reassuring. We really felt like they were on our side and doing their best for us. Communication was excellent be it through email or phone call. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I booked a property viewing with the owner, but he never showed up. When I went to their office to follow up, he wasn't there, and the staff had no record of my booking. They promised to call me back but never did. I later discovered they were still advertising the property despite no longer having it on their books. By contrast, I booked a viewing for the exact same property through their competitors on the opposite side of the road and was inside seeing it within 20 minutes.This matches my past experiences with Connor Prince, where things also ended badly. If this agency messes up, do not expect an apology. The owner will simply cut you off cold and move on without a care. He is rude, arrogant, and entirely lacks empathy. They run this office like a corner shop family business with decor stuck in the '70s rather than a modern, professional 21st-century estate agency. I would not use them again if they were the last estate agents left on earth. Dreadful people.
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

7th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Mark Anthony’s team are deserving of far more than 5 stars. 100% better than my previous experience with the larger corporate estate agencies. Much more personable. Very professional, approachable, honest and always available. No hard sales waffle, no forcing stats to try tease the sale price down. I have nothing but praise for this team who listened and then worked with enthusiasm towards my end goal. A special thank you to Mark Feltham who exceeded all my expectations and saw us over the finishing line to our new happy home. Thank you all so very much for everything. Deb & Craig
6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Having dealt with many estate agents over the last 6 months in an attempt to find the right property, it was a pleasure to find an agent who not only cared, but kept us permanently informed of the progress at every step. Even when we struggled trying to download various bank statements etc., they took the trouble to come to our property and spent 2 1/2 hours downloading documents for us. We were in constant contact with Sam Jamani and Matthew at the Worcestet Park branch. We would definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent to act for them.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

There was never a question or query we had that she wasn’t able to answer and made the buying process run as smooth as it could

Everything they did to help us sell our house was calm, considered and professional, giving us the result we needed.<br><br>Hani and Elizabeth spent time with us explaining their valuation. They knew the local market extremely well and had a detailed understanding of the other properties in the area. They gave us a balanced comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the competing properties and provided sound advice on the right pricing strategy.<br><br>I'm very glad we chose Coombe Residential. I knew we had made the right decision as soon as I saw the high-quality photographs and marketing materials they produced for our home.<br><br>The team were completely reliable when conducting viewings, and all the prospective buyers they brought through seemed genuine. They were always punctual and consistently provided constructive feedback after each viewing.<br><br>Once they found the right buyer, they guided the legal process and all the other details skilfully, making sure everything stayed on track.<br><br>A big thank you to Hani, Elizabeth, Louise and the whole team at Coombe Residential. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I have let my property through them for several years. Initially they were good, but now they are avoiding calls, have locked the street doors to the office. They owe me 6 months rent. I have pursued them via Property Redress Scheme, who have now suspended Coopers. They have been juggling finances as i recently found out from my tenant they they (tenant) were asked to pay rent into a personal account for Palambo. Avoid them unless you do not want money for your rental property
