They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.

22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Horrible experience with trying to get my deposit back (still trying to get it back to this day!). I put down the 5 week deposit for a flat that was advertised by Cavendish Cheam but had to back out due to personal circumstances. I understand that I cannot get back the 1 week holding deposit but for the rest of my money, it has not been returned yet. Daren has been claiming that I will be deposited the amount on certain days but has never followed through. It feels like I am being played at this point. Proceed with caution when dealing with this agency!

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

It wasn't the most straightforward sale, had a long chain and we were managing it from overseas, but George was a constant throughout. He was endlessly patient and calm under pressure, always kept us informed, and his advice was honest and well judged. He steered a complicated process, and everyone involved in it, through to the finish with real professionalism and good humour. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

They were excellent throughout and really went above and beyond, with wonderful marketing and photography, professional viewings and an efficient offer process. They achieved around twenty viewings in a week and multiple offers at a time when other agents may be slow and struggling.<br><br>I was also a landlord for around ten years using Greenwoods to manage the property.<br><br>With both sales and lettings, Peter Greenwood has an exceptional knowledge and understanding of properties and the market. If ever there was an issue, which required his higher level of expertise and gravitas, he would step in to resolve. We knew we could rely on him and his dedication and professionalism.<br><br>With lettings negotiations and management, Indiana was fantastic and always keen to achieve the best outcome.<br><br>Scott is a star and really brilliant too.<br><br>Thanks to Greenwoods for all their hard work and great relationship for the last decade! A pleasure to work with.

9th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)If you are looking to sell your property I can highly recommend Martin & Wheatley who are the most professional Estate agents you could imagine<br><br>Special shout out to David Harvey who was especially courteous and polished. His knowledge and experience reassured us throughout, but more than anything, he just picked up the phone to keep contact going.<br><br>A lack of communication can highlight exactly why people can have a bad opinion on estate agents, the difference here is you are instructing passionate professionals who are genuinely interested in property and your best interests.<br><br>There wasn’t even the opportunity to worry about particulars because David would touch base to fill us in before such questions could be asked.<br><br>The whole team supported us throughout, but David brought in a good buyer and within just 5 weeks we had accepted an offer on our property.<br><br>I can’t recommend Martin & Wheatley highly enough and they absolutely schooled the bigger names on how to do their jobs.

They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful moving-out process much easier and smoother.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their prompt support when arranging our early move-out, the check-out process, and the return of our deposit. Everything was handled fairly and efficiently, and we were very pleased to receive our full deposit back.<br><br>A special thank you to Indiana and Fabjola for their excellent service and support. We would definitely recommend Greenwoods to anyone looking for a professional and helpful letting agent.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Really an Outstanding Estate Agent - Particularly the "dream" team of Alan, Simon and John - they were all able to handle any query or issue I had along the way immediately and gave excellent advise - If I was them I would have got fed up of me turning up every couple of days to their office to check progress but they always answered and dealt with any issue I had very professionally and in a friendly and approachable manner - When they were talking to potential Buyers and Other Solicitors they really did have my interests as a priority - Can't recommend them enough, you really need to use this Agent if you are Selling you house in the Chessington area

18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
