Having had previous bad experiences with other estate agents in the town I know that isn't always the case. I also feel that they take a fair approach with tenants and are prompt in communicating any concerns, something that is important for me.

Every one of them have been on the ball and made the process as smooth as possible for us and have been speedy with replies and information. Sian, kaitlyn, Owen and the rest of the teams exceptional customer service/care has made (usually) a stressful situation a breeze. We can’t wait to get our keys and move in!! Thanks ??????

Chris and Ross were both exceptionally helpful in getting clear updates from the chain, and were really supportive in getting us moved into our new home just in time for the arrival of our second child (1 week later). They were always on hand to deal with any big or small query that I had & kept me in the loop with every little detail. I would 100% recommend them to anyone & I will absolutely be using them again in the future if we buy another property. Thank you both so much for making such a stressful experience so enjoyable.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
