14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We’ve had another excellent experience with the Allerton Rd branch of Sutton Kersh in selling our property.
From the outset, whilst searching for a property, the staff have always been brilliant in helping us as new homes come onto market right the way through to the sales progression team helping us get over the line.
Only great things to say about this estate agents. 14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We’ve only been living here since the start of September after paying since july and we’ve had an unbelievable amount of issues.
on arrival the flat was not cleaned at all, there was cake left from previous tenants above the cabinets, grime everywhere that we had to clean up. address properties told us they tried a new cleaning company and that’s all that was said.
there was also a hole in both beds one being replaced the next day the other taking 2-3 weeks. a maintenance worker came and said told us they were aware of it from last year and joked about the next tenants moving in when they first saw it.
the washing machine has been mouldy, leaking and not every setting works since moving in and we’ve continuously been told that they are going to fix it. which is a shame as that was one of the things that made us want this accommodation.
the extractor fan does not work and the same thing was said to us.
many other issues such as holes in the floor, missing paint from the walls, broken fittings, broken window, wifi not reaching half the flat at all, were all reported and barely any has been fixed.
we have continuously called asking for updates over the past month and a half and the same thing is said to us.
it’s only been two months and i would not recommend this place.- 23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Moved house with Entwistle this week. Despite every problem possible coming up with the solicitors, Entwistle have been there to help me. Jess and Alex in particular have been there every step of the way for me. Listened when I’ve had a moan and given me support and advice when I needed it. Moving house is stressful so having them in my corner on my side has been amazing. Thank you!

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)????? Fantastic service from start to finish!
We honestly couldn’t recommend Atlas Estate Agents highly enough. Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!
From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. They sold our property within just 6 weeks, and we completed in only 8 weeks, which was brilliant!
The communication between all parties was excellent.
Thank you Atlas, we are incredibly grateful to the team at Atlas for all their hard work.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I strongly recommend the entire team at Acumen Estates. A family run business with very strong family values and as soon as you are a customer, you really feel part of the family. A very high desire to serve, very responsive and very realistic in their approach across all aspects of selling your house.
I am now remote to Liverpool and I had a very high peace of mind with Acumen's handling all of the sales process - made even easier as they handled the sale of the house that belong to the buyer of my house.
Excellent service and great value for money!
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)All I can say is Laura is phenomenal. I rang after problems with my own email. She was so quick and efficient and professional and helped me every avenue she could to ensure my offer was received. She worked along side the seller and myself, and her communication was amazing. She made the whole process feel so easy, and not intimidating. She is going above and beyond to help me buy my first home, my own little pad and it was lovely to have a girl help me along my journey who gets it. Thank you Laura you have been amazing! If you need any help ask for Laura, I can’t thank her enough.

8th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)top team special thanks to Sophie Willis !!!
29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Will & Jordan are fantastic! They have handled everything for us and made the selling process extremely easy. They set up a Whatsapp group to keep us informed of progress and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were polite and courteous whilst friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt listened to and valued throughout. Our house was marketed very promptly, the photographs and information were superb. The cherry on the cake - the house was sold within 2 days of advertising, above the asking price! I would urge anyone selling their property to contact W&J Properties - you won't be disappointed!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We have just sold our house through Find your Eden who I cannot recommend highly enough. I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.

The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.

After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.

The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.

As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
