14th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)?????<br><br>Absolutely outstanding service – we couldn't recommend Victoria and the team highly enough!<br><br>We are currently buying our first home through Victoria and her team and the service we've received has been absolutely exceptional from start to finish.<br><br>Buying a house for the first time can be incredibly daunting, particularly when surveys uncover unexpected issues and you're not quite sure what to do next. Victoria has been fantastic throughout – approachable, reassuring, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely interested in helping both sides find a solution and keeping the sale moving forward.<br><br>When our survey and subsequent specialist investigations uncovered some significant unexpected work, Victoria was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our concerns, understood our position immediately and handled what could have been a really difficult negotiation incredibly professionally. She communicated with the seller on our behalf and helped us reach an outcome that we genuinely feel is fair for everyone.<br><br>What has impressed us most is that we've never felt like we're simply another transaction. Victoria genuinely seems to care about getting people moved and making what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible.<br><br>She's friendly, honest, down-to-earth and extremely good at what she does. From start to finish they kept me updated from when they came out to value my house until exchange. I originally had a few estate agents out to value my house jones and chapman said the highest value and managed to achieve that price for me. Thank you
4th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)As a first-time buyer, the process initially felt very daunting, but Jamie has been absolutely fantastic so far and has made everything feel far more manageable. He has taken the time to explain the entire process clearly and thoroughly, which has really put me at ease. Jamie genuinely listens to my needs and has gone above and beyond to support me at this stage of the purchase. He’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Knowing I have Jamie’s support has made what initially felt like an overwhelming process much easier, and I couldn’t recommend Jamie and Venmore highly enough.<br><br>I'd also like to give a special mention to Jordan in the post-sales team. Once my offer was accepted, the process took over six months and became incredibly stressful. Throughout it all, Jordan was always there to support me, answer my questions, and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. Jordan single handedly kept me sane! His kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a difference during a very difficult time. He is an absolute credit to Venmores, and I'll always be grateful for everything he did to help me through the process.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

14th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Sold our house through northwood and it wasnt great. Viewings arranged and no confirmation to us. Cancelations of viewing without notice. Buyer even turned up with our estate agent while i was in bed following a nightshift as we had no notification of this. Staff can come across as very rude. Would not recommend at all.

14th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent Service from Atlas Estate Agents<br><br>We recently purchased a property through Atlas Estate Agents and had a very positive experience throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention to Carolyn Fairhurst, who was the sales negotiator and our main point of contact after we submitted our offer. Carolyn was helpful, professional and kept things moving, which made the process much smoother.<br><br>We have also decided to use Atlas to manage the property after completion. Their lettings team are helping with collecting the keys, arranging advertising and finding a tenant, which has been very convenient for us as we do not live locally.<br><br>So far, we are very pleased with the service we have received from Atlas and hope to receive the same level of support from the lettings team going forward.<br><br>Thank you to Carolyn and the wider Atlas team for all your help.
23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

10th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

She made the whole process much less stressful and kept me updated every step of the way. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
13th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)When I decided to sell my house I was certain I would choose Tinsley or Potter but asked Flex-iAgent for a valuation as I had heard good things about them.<br>I'm so glad I did.<br>Mark was extremely professional and enthusiastic and quite frankly made the other 2 estate agents seem very old fashioned in their approach.<br>Luke did a great job creating our sales listing even making improvements on his recommendation.<br>My house was bought for the full asking price by the first person to view.<br>Jacquie was excellent, chasing people up and keeping me informed at every stage.<br>I also dealt with Ruth Ryan and Aimee who were all very helpful. I called into the office numerous times and every member of the team was friendly and keen to help.<br>Movng home can be a stressful experience but the great team they have at Flexi-Agent keep that to a minimum.<br>If you are thinking of moving house I can't recommend them highly enough .

10th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Local, efficient and professional. Many thanks to the team at Northwall especially Freya, who in my opinion has the most stressful job through out the process. She is the point of contact once you have accepted an offer and has to ensure the continuity of contact to keep the sale going until the end. I cannot recommend this company enough. If anyone out there is unsure and weighing up the option between this company and other local companies then please take my advice and choose Northwall. I originally went with a different local agent and after 6 weeks of only one viewing and a bad offer I switched to Northwall and the house was under offer with a week. Great work everyone and many thanks.

I was due to move in two months ago, and throughout the entire process I received no information whatsoever about the moving-in procedure. I emailed multiple times beforehand asking what I needed to do, but nobody responded.<br><br>When I finally arrived at the building, I was told I had to travel all the way to MediaCity to collect my keys, despite repeatedly asking in advance about the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, the problems only got worse after moving in. There was black mould on my ceiling, which I reported immediately. Someone came out and simply painted over it, despite me explaining that there clearly appeared to be dampness or a leak causing the mould. My concerns were not properly investigated.<br><br>Just 26 days later, the black mould returned — around ten times worse. There is now an active leak in the ceiling directly above my bed. I reported this over a month ago and have emailed every seven days since, yet I have received no response whatsoever from the property management team.<br><br>I have also reported the issue through their reporting service and still have had no response. This is completely unacceptable. I am now becoming unwell and have had to miss significant amounts of work, while the management continue to fail to take the situation seriously.<br><br>I have now contacted Salford City Council to see if they can put pressure on the building management to address the leak, damp and mould.<br><br>Do not rent with this property. I ignored the warning signs and I deeply regret it. If you are considering moving here, please take these issues seriously and think very carefully before signing a contract.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Unfortunately, our accepted offer fell through because our buyer lost their own buyer. It felt incredibly daunting to have to put our home back on the market, but Alison and Molly were absolutely amazing.<br><br>They were highly communicative, deeply supportive, and incredibly proactive. Thanks to their hard work, they managed to find us a brand-new buyer! Selling a home is a very stressful experience, but Alison and Molly kept us completely reassured with frequent, transparent updates on our progress. We felt supported every single step of the way. I cannot recommend Find Your Eden—and specifically Alison and Molly—highly enough!
