1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

19th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

29th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)For context my comments are as a buyer. After multiple previous bad experiences with other agents I didn't have very high hopes. However, Jack Brown couldn't have been anymore helpful. He answered my emails quickly, even when on holiday. He went out of his way to gain information that wasn't really his job to get. Met with me onsite multiple times and was generally very easy to deal with. I also met one of his other colleagues a while ago who was equally helpful and patient with my hundreds of questions. Sorry I don't remember your name. Credit to your business. ???? I'm sure Jack will be glad to see the back of me. Thanks again. To the "other agents" (You know who you are) you could learn a thing or two from TDB about customer service. I didn't name you as I'm a decent person. Answering the phone and your emails is what sells properties and gives people confidence in you. Honesty goes a long way.
12th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I would not recommend this business, as after receive the first draft of the lease of the building the changed the deal on the lease. After that Sam harassed us to close the lease after we waiting for weeks for the lease to be done. After receive the money for the deposit and rent, we had to run after the keys and once received we had to ask for the key of the shutter. The service was bad let alone the emails from Sam Sutton himself rude to the core. This is my second business, I never experience such unprofessionalism as this business. Not even deserve of that one star. POOR!!
6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

From the sales representative that answered my call with total lack of interest ,to the blatant ignoring of countless messages that I know were read but not acted on. I would certainly not list or buy a property from this company
22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Of all the agents we had come across during the buyer and selling process, by far Darren Moore was the most professional, honest and helpful. Response time was spot on & he always strived to ensure our needs were met. I would highly recommend him as an agent!

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)We have had such a good experience with Phil from Anderson Briggs Barwell. We had 4 different estate agents come and value our property and we decided to proceed with Anderson Briggs and get on the market. Everything was so quick and efficient, the photographer came out and had the house on the market within 1 day. Communication was all through WhatsApp and was very speedy. We did have a situation where we had to take the house off the market and then speedily put it back on (through no fault of Anderson Briggs) but after requesting it to be put back on, it was up again within 2 hours - at 8pm at night! Although we never actually sold our property with Anderson Briggs (we had to pull out, again no fault of Anderson Briggs), we’ve had the best experience with Phil and Remi. When we need to use an estate agent again we will definitely be going back to these guys.
