31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Michelle was brilliant. So proactive throughout the sale of our house and kept us abreast of everything that was happening along the way. She facilitated communication between sellers and buyers really effectively and even chased up details that solicitors were slower to organise! On the whole, she made a potentially stressful experience feel easy!

Molly has been extremely helpful and efficient and always contactable. She has made sure that both sides were kept informed and alerted me when I needed to chase my solicitors. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

They were always fast to respond, proactive, polite and professional, which made such a difference during what could otherwise have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A special thank you to Angela Powell, who was incredibly kind, supportive and helpful throughout. We faced several delays and external issues along the way, but Angela always handled everything with professionalism, patience and understanding, making the whole process much easier for us.<br><br>We really appreciate all the help and communication we received and would happily recommend the agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. ?????

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
