9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)This estate agents must be the worst in Lincoln by far, extremely unprofessional, not transparent and do not understand how to hold people accountable. They all need training including their managers as it’s a shambles dealing with them and from hear on out I will make sure they’re never recommended. They have no respect for wasting your time and money.- 5th May 2026 (4 days ago)I was going to visit the agents with a view to selling my bungalow and saw something strange. There is a picture of Lacie Rate. Surely this is Leanne Wright. My ex husband told me that she was the most obnoxious rude woman he had ever encountered. What is William. H. Brown trying to hide? To be on the safe site I will use another agent to sell my property. Something strange here.

19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

We changed agents to Fairweather and we saw the positive results from day one. We appreciated their regular contact, even if it was a quiet period. Juan was incredibly helpful and even our buyers commented on the regular updates they had from him. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Davis, Joe, Sam and Holly really are a dream team to work with. Nothing is too much trouble for this great group of people. Their communication is excellent, and they simply get the job done. Even in this challenging market, they secured a sale for our property within a couple of weeks. Just as important as their professionalism is the sense of camaraderie they build with their clients, which makes the whole process far more comfortable. At every stage, from initial viewings through to sale progression, we were kept fully updated (often daily), which was incredibly reassuring and helpful. I highly rate Pygott & Crone in Boston. They deliver a first class service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Many thanks Derek
13th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

We needed good communication as we were selling from abroad and from start to finish the PGM team were polite, efficient and effective. Thankyou guys. Can't recommend highly enough. Will use again.
