26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.
11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Cobourg, and the face behind it, Head Residence Manager doesn’t manage problems — manages optics. Repeated conversations, delays until issues go cold, and responses that make you question yourself rather than addressing what’s happening. Add in the admin failures (keys/access, delays, paperwork quality) and you get a head manager that is quick to control small things but disappears when problems are raised. Until major change occurs I cannot recommend this at all.
