5th May 2026 (3 days ago)We took the decision to move estate agents and use Richard Kendal after our house listing had no viewings. We didn't regret the decision, Richard Kendal were professional from start to finish and our account manager Liz was fantastic! Always at the other end of the phone with advice when we needed it and kept us informed right the way through with any updates. She also kept things moving along with all parties involved including solicitors so we didn't have to.
2nd May 2026 (6 days ago)Excellent real estate agency. We're renting an apartment, and all issues are resolved quickly. They're very customer-focused and genuinely friendly. Overall, I don't think I've been as satisfied with a real estate agency in a long time. I definitely recommend them!

They were responsive, professional, and made everything feel much less stressful. I’d happily use them again and recommend them to anyone moving into a new place ??????
7th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.
6th May 2026 (2 days ago)Amazing experience with WHB through Kelcie Winterburn. She sorted us quick and for that we are forever grateful. She went above and beyond to sort us our new place in 5 days time. She dealt professionally and proactively. Again, great service and experience nonetheless.
5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 30th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Excellent service and professionalism throughout what was a smooth sales process. 25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
