3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
6th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I am the mortgage broker for our buyer. I have found Richard to be very professional, friendly and just gets on with pushing the deal through.
