8th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.
14th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent. Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

She took us through the process step by step and was so considerate when we didn't quite understand. Every interaction with this lovely lady has been positive. The world of renting is a difficult one with lots of problems, Karina truly works hard to help and makes a difference. They maintain people's respect and dignity and understand that the problems are real. Lota Properties excel in their field. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to the team at Lota Properties.

7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

We previously had our house on the market with another company who were terrible. Our house sold very quickly with them which was great. Amie was fantastic to deal with and I have recommended her to everyone I know thinking of selling their house.

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. I especially appreciated their clear and regular communication, keeping me informed of their progress in finding suitable tenants, which I found extremely reassuring. Overall, it has been a very positive and satisfying experience, and I would confidently recommend their services to anyone.
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.
