Recently, my wife purchased a unique designer handbag online, only to discover that her account still had our old address stored. As a result, the package was delivered to our former property.<br><br>I contacted Peter Barry in the hope that someone might be able to assist, and thankfully Dhiya immediately understood the situation. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to contact the current tenants and facilitate arrangements for me to collect the handbag safely and conveniently.<br><br>This was a particularly important purchase, as it was a rare, one-of-a-kind item that would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, to replace. Dhiya's willingness to help, combined with her proactive and compassionate approach, turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.<br><br>We are genuinely grateful for the support we received. From booking my initial viewing all the way through to completion, he was patient, friendly and very approachable. He was a great point of contact between both parties and was always willing to help move things along when needed.<br><br>Overall, he made what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more manageable. I really appreciated his support throughout and would definitely recommend!

We also had an issue with the gas meter at the property, and Antonio personally helped us sort it out and made sure the problem was resolved.<br><br>We really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Elia was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always patient with me despite the many questions I had (as I wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly).<br><br>Elia was always available when I contacted her, consistently polite, reassuring and supportive throughout the journey. 4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

I could not stress enough how helpful freddie from element properties had been. Its only because of him that i found a gem of a property without having to even visit london for viewings. I only came down when the deal was almost final. His help throughout the process of viewing and then sarah came in to deal with the admin and she was great too. Dealing with my annoying small questions promptly and guiding through the process.<br><br>I cannot stress enough how greatful i am for these guys. Made my london move a breeze.
