We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

James and Pervin were both fantastic communicators throughout the process of selling my N1 leasehold flat in 2026 – they were knowledgeable, efficient and effective, and it was genuinely a pleasure to liaise with them.<br>Having shopped around for estate agents and found the ‘on paper’ offerings pretty similar, it was their smaller, long-standing sales team that swung my decision – and that really worked for me, as I always knew who I would be picking up the phone to, and I had continuity and expertise on hand throughout the process.<br>Many thanks to both James and Pervin for their help!
13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I worked with several estate agents to let my fully furnished five-bedroom Victorian home, and Hamptons were by far the standout.<br><br>From start to finish, Haiden and Syed were diligent, proactive, professional and incredibly resilient. They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I booked a short-term let through this agency and paid a sizeable upfront fee to arrange a furnished property with an internet connection, bed linen and towels.<br><br>When I moved in, the apartment was only partially furnished, there was no bedding or towels, and the Wi-Fi connection had not been set up. There were also several maintenance issues, including a completely blocked sink.<br><br>It took over a week, along with extensive back-and-forth communication with multiple members of the team, to get everything resolved. The whole experience was poor with the agency from start to finish and particularly disappointing given the fee I had paid for the service. They did eventually return the fee after multiple complaints.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

Due to complex reevaluation of fire safety regulations there were delays beyond everyone’s control but thanks to them navigating carefully between seller and buyer and always remaining optimistic they helped the process and kept the process as easy as it could possibly be- and even made it a lot less stressful than people say ! Great estate agents - thank you

She had fantastic communication, was on time, showed the flat with patience and made sure next steps were clear. She also recently helped me escalate an issue we've been having with my current property manager from the china desk (this is not even her area but she was happy to provide support where she could). JLL really can't ask for a better team member!
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Bought a property through Alex Crown in 2024. In 2025 they list our property for sale without our consent with old pictures and for a lower price. Contacted them to remove the listing and received no response. Very unprofessional.

They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. Their support made the whole buying process much easier. Highly recommended.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.

I had reached out to a number of different agents, but she by far provided me with the most options and took the most time and care to understand what I was looking for. I really appreciated the level of detail and effort she put in and I was very happy to ultimately take one of the properties she sent over.- 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I honestly had such a great experience with this agency, and a huge part of that was because of Athman.<br><br>From the beginning, Athman was absolutely amazing. He was always helpful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. He made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful and was always there whenever I had questions or needed help with something.<br><br>What I appreciated most was the amount of effort he put in throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was just another client, and he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Finding a new place can be pretty stressful, but Athman genuinely made it a really positive experience, and I couldn't have asked for better service.<br><br>I also really want to mention Lyla, who was a massive help towards the end of the process. She helped me get everything sorted and finalized once I had found my new place and made those last steps so much smoother.<br><br>Really grateful to both Athman and Lyla for all their help. I’m genuinely so happy with my new place and with how everything worked out. Would definitely recommend them!
