They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Darren and the team at Sunderlands highly enough. From the very beginning, Darren was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and everyone else I spoke to at Sunderlands was equally brilliant.<br><br>Our house sold after just three viewings, which we were absolutely delighted with! The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the communication, professionalism and support we received throughout.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Sunderlands team for helping us sell our home. We really couldn’t fault the service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house!
1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.

22nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will seem really helpful and on the ball to get you into a property. But are happy to leave you in bad conditions once you are in, with little to no comms. Avoid at all costs if you want to live somewhere without blocked pipes, rotting floors (which were promised to be done in week 1 of me moving in as they are rotting from a leak from the previous tenant, leaking toilet, dead animal (rat like) smells (and possibly dead animals - who knows as they haven’t arranged for anyone to look into it), radiators on the floor (that have fallen off the wall) and radiators that don’t heat up. These are just a few of the issues I am currently facing in the property let by Digby and Turner. The builder Owen uses is incapable and when finally replacing the toilet last friday after almost 2 months of waiting, he left full access to my property by leaving the back door wide open for a minimum of 2 days whilst I was away caring for family. This was after he left the front door open to the street, allowing my German shepherd to run straight into the road. I am receiving very limited communications from Owen and am having to seek legal advice to find out what I can do next. AVOID DIGBY AND TURNER. Would have given 0 stars, but Google says you have to pick at least 1. Couple of photos attached so you can see this review is very real and see how filthy the property was when taking it on, despite being told cleaners were going in. I highlighted over a month ago that this is worsening a health condition which I am currently receiving hospital treatment for, yet still have not even received an apology from Owen/Digby and Turner, let alone getting the work done. I don’t even know if the landlord knows of the state of disrepair his property is in, so if you are looking for someone to let your property, consider how Digby and turner will look after it (or not look after it) before considering them as an option. Worst agency I have ever experienced - so much so that I am writing this review, which I have never done before, but the level of ignorance and inability to provide safe accommodation, or stick to agreements is unbelievable and I wanted to warn others before they find themselves in the horrible conditions I am living in.
14th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT RENT with Saville’s - YOU WILL REGRET IT!! They haven’t cleaned the building in MONTHS, dirt and mould everywhere. And they don’t dispose of bins until the room is a health hazard - and even then they don’t want to do it. No point contacting them they are all completely ignorant. Go straight to Ombudsman and Health and Safety executive, they should be fined for causing a health and safety risk.
