From putting on the market, finding our buyer and updates and communication through out the whole sale was outstanding with added care and compassion as it was my Dad's estate. Being an estate agent ourselves from a different area it was refreshing to come across an outstanding agent and whole team at Royton. 3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Received a first class service from Connells at Tunbridge Wells. Ollie was very friendly, honest and professional and his experience in the housing market second to none. From valuation to marketing to viewings and then completing the service we received was exceptional. All staff were polite friendly and always put themselves out to help answer questions and concerns. Because of Ollie’s excellent knowledge and experience our property was auctioned and twe ended up getting £45K over the starting price, he really knows his stuff and how to get people interested in your property. Top service and a big thank you to the whole team but special thanks to Ollie

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply.
