9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)The sale of our home as just gone through thanks to John and his team, I cant say enough about how John kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. This was the first time we had sold a house and it felt daunting and overwhelming at tomes, however John constantly reassured us about the situation and took the stress away, John and his team are amazing to deal with and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of selling up or purchasing a new home to use wild & Griffiths. There is a reason why they get some many great reviews. Thank you John for all your help and support.
6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We completed on our property on 30th January after a long 9 months and a useless solicitors. Vicky and her team at Stalybridge were our sanity. Vicky was always there at the end of the phone or she got back to us straight away. She went over and beyond her role of estate agent and for that Simon and I cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend Hunters Stalybridge, thank you Vicky you were our estate agent and support Sharon and Simon Best

I would highly recommend you contacting Bridgfords to help you navigate the housing market.

17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)My partner and I put an offer in on a property advised by Kirkham property last month, we offered the asking price and the offer was accepted and we were told it will be sale dependant due to my partner needing to sell his house. The property remained on the market and we were told by Sue Needham that we will be informed if the property received any other offers. We have since looked on Rightmove and noticed the property is now sold STC. We were never told of this and are extremely disappointed with the poor communication and service by Sue representing Kirkham property. We have since further enquired to view another property, my partner spoke to Sue Needham and she informed him that she needs to speak to the seller as they are living in the house so she will ring him back with availability. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS CALL BACK.

28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)We purchased our home through Cowell & Norford. We had a very specific criteria for our desired home and we spoke to all the local estate agents about it. Above all, Cowell Norford were proactive in helping us. Keeping us informed of upcoming properties, arranging viewings for us before houses hit the market and keeping communication open throughout. Massive thanks to Craig, Amy and Christina who were all vital in helping us secure our dream house. I have already recommended them to friends who are thinking of selling.

9th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent, and in particular with Joanne, was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As buyers, we were made to feel like we weren't a priority, when it was clearly implied that her main responsibility was to the seller rather than providing a fair and professional service to both parties. We did everything requested of us promptly and with patience, but even basic communication was difficult, because her tone was often passive-aggressive and condescending, which made the process unnecessarily stressful, and actually really upset me a lot at times! On multiple occasions, we were pressured to complete tasks urgently, even when we were already working as quickly as possible. The final stages of completion were particularly frustrating, as Joanne was completely unreachable on the day - a moment that should have been exciting for us as first-time buyers. Thankfully, our solicitors stepped in to resolve the issue. However, the final straw was Joanne’s audacity in accusing me of being a liar and making inappropriate comments about others in the process. Her complete lack of respect and accountability is concerning and incredibly frustrating! I advise others to be cautious before dealing with this agency.

They kept me updated at every stage and went above and beyond to assist in any way they could.- 15th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)The services provided is so bad, one of their staff called talking so disrespectfully as though he is doing me a favour by selling house to me, the day we went to collect key after the sale fall through they attended to us so shabbily, I only went through with the sale because we already gone far...but this team is terrible

Sarah O’Brien performed the valuation and I appreciated the information she had preprepared and advice she gave. Her approach was the deciding factor in why I chose A Wilson. I was lucky in that my sale was swift and straightforward and I found everyone in the office including Sarah Connolly extremely helpful and friendly. Every time I had need to call my query was dealt with and followed up, communication was brilliant and they kept the process moving. I found everyone very efficient and they did everything I needed very quickly. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and quick. I would recommend A Wilson to anyone selling their home and I am very happy with my decision to use them.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We would 100% recommend using West Riding to buy or sell in Saddleworth. Our agent Gabrielle was AMAZING throughout the whole process and always kept us in the loop. When our first buyers pulled out a few days before exchange she was calm and measured, put the house back on the market in 24-hours and sold it again within a week. And when solicitors were being difficult and non-communicative (a common problem nowadays) Gabrielle always kept the lines of communication open. We’ve used other agents in the area who were frankly hopeless, so it was such a relief to use West Riding.
