Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!
6th May 2026 (3 days ago)I was recommended to use Taylor & Wood for selling my house. I met with Mike at the property, from the start I felt comfortable with him. No rushing, Mike took his time and the photos were amazing, so much so my house sold almost immediately. The ladies in the office Michelle, Liz and Anne are very helpful and all the team kept me updated throughout the sale process. If you want nice, friendly and professional people then look no further. A big thank you to you all xx

The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

Communication appears inconsistent, with different information provided at different times, which makes it difficult to rely on what is being said. There also seems to be a lack of clear structure, procedures and follow-through, which affects confidence in how the business operates.

Vicky K was fantastic throughout the whole process—professional, supportive, and always kept me well informed. She made everything much less stressful and handled everything efficiently. I highly recommend their services

9th Nov 2025 (5 mo. ago)Our experience with this estate agent, and in particular with Joanne, was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As buyers, we were made to feel like we weren't a priority, when it was clearly implied that her main responsibility was to the seller rather than providing a fair and professional service to both parties. We did everything requested of us promptly and with patience, but even basic communication was difficult, because her tone was often passive-aggressive and condescending, which made the process unnecessarily stressful, and actually really upset me a lot at times! On multiple occasions, we were pressured to complete tasks urgently, even when we were already working as quickly as possible. The final stages of completion were particularly frustrating, as Joanne was completely unreachable on the day - a moment that should have been exciting for us as first-time buyers. Thankfully, our solicitors stepped in to resolve the issue. However, the final straw was Joanne’s audacity in accusing me of being a liar and making inappropriate comments about others in the process. Her complete lack of respect and accountability is concerning and incredibly frustrating! I advise others to be cautious before dealing with this agency.

7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Things started off great with Reside coming to value our property and to take pictures for the website. The agent was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the house and area having marketed the property previously. However, things went downhill after our first block of viewings. The lady that was supposed to be conducting the viewings was late. As it had been organised as an open house sort of viewing we had people turning up while we were stood waiting to set off to a viewing we had booked for ourselves. When she did finally turn up she knew absolutely nothing about the property or area and had clearly done no prep for the viewing. We then had the problem of lack of communication which was ongoing up until completion of the sale. Reside failed to tell us for 4 days that our buyers had actually withdrawn their offer, it was only because we got in touch with them that they decided to tell us. Luckily we managed to resolve this with our buyers and the sale went ahead, but had we not have got in touch who knows what would have happened. Buying and selling a house can be stressfull enough as it is, and unfortunately Reside did not help with this.

For some reason, she picked up the phone but didn't say 'Hello', and then pressed me for the full postcode of a property listed on Rightmove even though the agent hasn't listed it. She clearly struggled with English and simply fobbed me off. Woeful agents.
4th May 2026 (5 days ago)Mr Barnett made every effort to sell my apartment, but as yet it hasn't sold. He is a capable estate agent, obviously knows the market and has experience, and has made a number of suggestions which i will consider.

We had a huge amount of interest immediately, leading to plenty of viewings and several offers within days. A brilliant experience all round!

29th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have just finished the sale of our parents home and despite a few obstacles along the way and I must emphasise none were due to the Agent My Property Club pulled out all the stops to market and sell the house keeping us fully informed and up to date with sale progress and inquiries every step of the way which included weekly telephone updates .They were very proffesional and made the process a lot easier cant thank and praise them enough

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of West Riding from start to finish. Oliver took great time and care with the introduction and valuation. I was then up against at tight deadline with the sale and it’s fair to say I made my fair share of calls and emails into the office. Gabby was absolutely outstanding at moving things along at pace for me and always responded promptly. We got the sale completed in an unbelievable timescale and I’m extremely grateful to West Riding. I cannot fault the process whatsoever throughout.
