11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've been using TM services for about ten years, selling, buying and letting property and generally they give very good service. Most recently I used TM on a managed let to handle the change of tenant process which they did successfully but not perfectly. The services to notify utilities when changing tenants did bit work for me for energy and council tax. I find that this time find TM were good at contacting me for any issues or updates but not easily contacted themselves e.g. phone numbers given incorrect, calls transferred to unanswered phones, no response to voicemails left or emails. Fortunately TM have a great asset in Sheetal Shah who handled all the various procedures over the change of tenants which reduced my tasks considerably. Sheetal could also be relied upon to respond to my emails and calls, and was always helpful and patient.

He set realistic expectations, advised us expertly on pricing and strategy, and his feedback and advice was constructive and well explained. Thanks to Vincent Shaw, the sale of our property completed smoothly and very quickly indeed. I cannot recommend Vincent Shaw highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable, savvy and personable estate agent!

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)We initially went to look at a house to rent where Kye showed us round. We moved in weeks after, occurred a few issues within the property being there 2 years - the communication and care from Fiona was UNMATCHED. She was there understanding from a personal level as well as a professional. They are the most lovely pair and if anyone in the near future would be looking to Sell/Buy/Rent etc I would 1000% be sure to point them in Villager Homes direction. Moving out of the property is bitter sweet just for the pure fact we no longer have a ‘Fiona’ in our lives. Christine & Sam.

When we first moved in we dealt with Sharon who always managed all our queries in a timely manner. This continued when she left and we dealt with Hayley and Vickey. The team all tried their utmost to insure repairs etc were managed quickly and professionally, this wasn’t always an easy task for them due to matters beyond their control. I would recommend them highly as letting agents. Thank you for all your support, friendliness and professionalism in the past 7 and 1/2 years. K, G and A

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. 2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)After viewing several properties in St Neots with various estate agents, Noonan Residential stood out as the best by far. While other agents were nice, none compared to how personable and transparent this team has been. ?The application moved incredibly quickly, and we found them to be completely honest throughout the process. Nikki has been excellent and we genuinely wish all estate agents were more like her. Highly recommended!

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!
