However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.<br><br>The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.<br><br>If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!

We loved the very first house they showed us and put in an application, which was processed quickly and efficiently.<br><br>The team were thorough and prompt with every reply, and guided us through each step of the process. We've now got the keys to our new home and absolutely love it. We're so excited to start this new chapter in Stamford.<br><br>Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I’ve viewed hundreds of properties over the years – from London to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and Spalding– and met countless estate agents, but this agency has been by far the most friendly and memorable I’ve come across. The very first time I viewed a few properties with them, the agent was wonderfully welcoming – a real breath of fresh air. This was my second time in Spalding viewing properties, and this time round it was Max who showed me the properties over the last two days. Working with him has been equally exceptional. He showed me three properties yesterday and was very kind to arrange a second viewing for one of them today because I had to return to London. Throughout it all, he remained completely patient, and approachable. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness and respect. Unlike many in the industry who can be transactional, judgmental, and impatient – sometimes even making you feel looked down upon depending on your budget – Max treated every property and question with equal care and professionalism. True humility, kindness, and respect have nothing to do with age or how many decades someone has been in the job. Regardless of experience or seniority, many across the industry have a lot to learn from Max about staying grounded and treating every client with genuine respect. If I were selling a property, I would go with this agency without hesitation. Max and his colleagues make people feel truly comfortable and valued, which makes all the difference. Max is a wonderful professional with an exceptional work ethic, and with this attitude, he is going to do brilliantly in whatever he chooses to do. Highly recommended!

Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If he didn't have the answers, he would find out and get back to me promptly.<br>I didn't feel like I was 'just another tenant' at any stage, throughout my questions or concerns were addressed.<br>Since moving, Simon has checked to ensure that I am settled which I thought was a lovely touch.<br>I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell.

2nd Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I don't usually leave reviews, but having worked in estate agency myself and bought and sold several properties over the years, I feel I'm in a position to provide an informed and balanced perspective.<br><br>I chose Sharman Quinney on a fee of around 1% plus VAT, and unfortunately the level of service I received didn't justify that cost.<br><br>From the outset there were communication issues. I repeatedly tried calling the branch but couldn't get through. When I visited the office, I mentioned this and was told the phones were working. I then called the branch while standing there and none of the phones rang, clearly showing there was a problem. I was told it would be looked into, but I never received any follow-up.<br><br>When valuing my property, I was told there was already a list of potential applicants who may be interested. However, as far as I could tell, those applicants were never contacted. Instead, the marketing appeared to rely almost entirely on Rightmove and Zoopla rather than proactive matching from an applicant database.<br><br>Communication throughout the sale was disappointing. It was often difficult to get calls returned despite leaving voicemails and emails. Viewing feedback was another frustration. Rather than being contacted promptly after viewings, I regularly had to chase for feedback myself, sometimes waiting several days without hearing anything.<br><br>I was also disappointed with the handling of negotiations. We accepted an offer, only to discover around two weeks later that the buyers were still actively viewing other properties. The negotiator was aware of this but didn't make us aware before we accepted the offer. Had we known, it would have influenced our decision-making.<br><br>The communication with buyers also appeared lacking. When the buyers requested a second viewing, we declined because we no longer wished to proceed with them. Despite this, the buyers still arrived at our property at the agreed time, suggesting our decision had not been passed on.<br><br>Once the property was on the market, there was very little proactive contact from the branch unless I initiated it. As a client, I expected more regular updates, even if there had been nothing significant to report.<br><br>My final concern relates to security. After taking the property off the market, we collected our keys from the branch. We were not asked for any identification, proof of address, or even our names before being handed the keys. Given that these keys provide access to someone's home, I found this extremely concerning and below the standard I would expect from any estate agency.<br><br>I appreciate that buying and selling property is a complex process and that not every sale runs smoothly. However, my concerns relate primarily to communication, proactivity and basic procedures rather than the outcome itself. Based on my experience, I wouldn't use this branch again and hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the service for future clients.
