TBH they need the patience of a saint with some people. The sales negotiator is very professional, (think I'd be drinking heavily if I had to deal with some buyers). A big thank you to everyone at the branch.

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I've sold 2 properties with Jason and the team and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service I received was excellent. I was regularly updated on the sale progression and any queries were responded to immediately. One of the key factors in choosing Connells was that they're not pushy, they don't need to be as they genuinely offer a professional service where the customer is at the heart of everything they do. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I let my property for 6 years with Pennell and Partners and finally sold through them also. Having been let down previously by a letting agent i was very apprehensive about letting out my property again but what a difference it made letting through them. I can't recommend them enough. They were extremely helpful and professional throught. No matter the issue, it was fixed immediately. I would like to say a huge thank you to Tim and Sharon who made the 6 years stress free.
5th May 2026 (4 days ago)Very poor communication, failing to even acknowlege emails let alone act on them. Pushing to keep reducing the price in a race to the bottom but failed to generate a single viweing in three months. Property keys kept in two desk drawers and when I went to collect mine it took 20 minutes to find them. They will claim their system was down but keys should be kept in a key safe. They also tried to hand me the wrong keys.
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I went through William H Brown to view houses. When i viewed one house in witwell it was decrepit and upon leaving the house an Agent Naomi said that she would give me a call for an update on getting back to the landlord and then never did. I had to keep chasing up for updates and i didnt feel like i was looked after at all. I phoned in a couple days later to find out the house had been taken already by another agency but i never got an update to tell me. I then went to connells and met the lovely freya and yasmin who showed me a great house that i then put a holding deposit down all because of their great hospitality. If you want great customer service id look across the street -10/10

Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress. Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.

I knew she was working to sell my flat for me, it wasn't listed and left! All the staff were helpful and performed their role impeccably. Communication was easy, through Whatsapp and the street portal. I can highly recommend their services.
