12th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I find the way our applications have been handled to be highly unprofessional.<br><br>While I understand that sometimes a landlord may choose another applicant, this has now happened three times. That is not something that can simply be put down to bad luck. Each time, we receive updates from your agency and respond promptly, but then we are left waiting for one or two days without any clear communication. During that time, we are led to believe that we may still receive an offer, only to later find out that the property has been given to someone else.<br><br>What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. If there is an issue with our application, or if the landlord is not interested in renting to us, I would much rather be told directly and honestly. Repeatedly keeping us waiting and giving us hope, only for the property to go to someone else, is unfair and wastes our time.<br><br>At this stage, it genuinely feels as though your agency is not interested in renting a property to us. If that is the case, it would have been far more professional to communicate that clearly from the beginning rather than keeping us waiting.<br><br>This is now the third time we have experienced the same situation with your agency, and it has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not recommend your agency to others.

It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

They also work so well as a team in the Dorking branch, offering support whenever needed in a process that is never straightforward, but their knowledge and guidance was so helpful throughout. Highly recommend.
8th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
