She has consistently gone out of her way to help me out. Definitely couldn't have had a better first renting experience.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)My initial experience with WHB was not great. My name was used incorrectly on an email and document. I also had a viewing, but no one turned up. I contacted WHB and was told that they did know that the viewing was cancelled, but forget to communicate this to me. My overall experience was ok.
7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I viewed three apartments in Central Sheffield with Joshua. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm still at the start of my search for a flat, but I think I'll end up getting something from this company... They have a lot on offer...
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)After 18 months with Blundells, I would strongly warn any landlord against trusting them with their property. This has been the worst agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>They take my management fees, yet I am the one constantly chasing everything. Calls go unanswered, work is delayed, and promised updates do not arrive. I have had to visit their office just to get answers, and the attitude I have encountered has only added to my frustration. “We’re busy” and “We’re sorry” are repeated excuses, with little action afterwards.<br><br>They told my tenant they could leave without consulting me, despite previously confirming that rent remained due until 17 November. I am now left with two months’ unpaid rent. My tenant also left the property in a condition I consider unacceptable, yet their assessment suggested it was largely fine.<br><br>I let another property through a different agency and am very happy with their service. I have never experienced these problems with them.<br><br>Blundells were attentive when securing my business. Afterwards, I felt completely let down. Paying for full management while having to chase and oversee everything yourself is unacceptable. I would never use them again or recommend them to any landlord.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I don’t usually write reviews but felt i must after the amazing service i have had from Redbrik in Crystal Peaks.<br><br>From the initial valuation through to the negotiations and completion all members of staff i have dealt with have been extremely professional and friendly.<br><br>Special mention to Louise who helped steady my nerves with her excellent communication in the latter stages.<br><br>I would throughly recommend this company.<br><br>Thank you for all you did

She made the whole process of getting started really straightforward.<br><br>Karen was equally brilliant throughout the sale, keeping me updated, answering any questions and helping keep things moving along.<br><br>There were a few challenges along the way, but the team were always friendly, professional and helpful.<br><br>A big thank you to Emily, Karen and the rest of the team for all their help. I would happily recommend Haybrook to anyone looking to sell their property!

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Thank you to Daniel and the team for making the process so straightforward.
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

However, I firmly believe it would have taken a lot longer if Lincoln Ralph had not proactively frequently liaised with all parties involved to push the process on to a satisfactory conclusion. 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)My worst experience renting a property was with Kelham Square. The flat was handed over to me in a dirty condition, and they didn’t respond to my calls afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Arabella and Jordan have both been kind, friendly and professional, and have always been quick to solve any problems or answering enquiries. Would definitely use this agencies again!

Through absolutely no fault of Hughes, our experience of buying and selling has certainly had its fair share of ups and downs.<br><br>It all started when we found our first potential home, only to have our offer rejected. The same thing happened with the second property, but thankfully, it was third time lucky!<br><br>Throughout this process, Lewis was incredibly patient, supportive and reassuring, always reminding us that the right property would come along for us and our family. And he was right!<br><br>Fast forward to the day before completion, and what should have been an exciting time turned into our worst nightmare when our buyers pulled out. Rachel worked tirelessly to get everything back on track, going above and beyond to help save our move. I genuinely cannot thank her enough for her determination, hard work and support during what was an incredibly stressful time.<br><br>Even on completion day, the challenges weren't quite over! The property we were purchasing hadn't been fully cleared, with numerous belongings still left behind. Danielle stepped in and communicated with our buyers, explaining the situation and why we hadn't been able to completely empty our own property.<br><br>What really stood out to us was that, whenever another problem arose, there was always someone at Hughes willing to help, reassure us and find a solution.<br><br>I'd like to say a massive personal thank you to Lewis, Rachel, Danielle and the entire Hughes team.
