26th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Hi all, reviewing this company home cloud and appreciation and gratitude of Gemma, she been helpful, polite and responsive to aspects of working along side as sub contractor to carry out various task and plumbing, she has an understanding of works and knowledge. Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma
25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Review for Anchor Point Apartment (Sheffield) I had an overall disappointing experience with the management of this property. At the end of the tenancy, I was charged £75 for what was described as “light cleaning,” specifically things like skirting boards, despite the entire apartment being cleaned to a reasonable domestic standard before moving out (vacuumed and surfaces wiped throughout). This felt excessive and unfair, especially after a two-year tenancy where normal wear and tear should be expected. Additionally, during the tenancy, an incident occurred where neighbourhood children broke a table, and this was reported. Unfortunately, there was a complete lack of action or follow-up from the management, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the handling of both maintenance concerns and deposit deductions did not feel balanced or tenant-focused. I would advise future tenants to document everything carefully and be prepared for potential disputes at check-out.

She was incredibly fast, efficient, and on top of every detail, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and clear communication made all the difference, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about doing a great job for her clients. If you're looking for an estate agent who delivers results with a friendly and proactive approach, Taylah is the one to go to.

Our move took an extremely long time to progress due to the solicitors, but Mel was always happy to help push things along and chase down answers. Mel kept us informed and did everything possible to get everything sorted. She was always a pleasure to speak to and was instrumental in finally getting everything over the line. Thanks Mel!

I'm still at the start of my search for a flat, but I think I'll end up getting something from this company... They have a lot on offer...- 21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)EDIT: I have since moved out of the property - just wanted to give particular praise to Sienna, who handled nearly all of the associated admin. Always impressively quick to reply, organised, knowledgeable and friendly! Very grateful - as anybody knows moving is a stressful time, so her professionalism and skill was very much appreciated. Blundells acted as the letting agents for the property I am now living in - and every step of the way they were fantastic! Adam squeezed me in for a viewing at the last minute, and helped me every step along the way when I wanted to apply for the property. Claudia handled getting the tenancy up and running incredibly smoothly - everything was done so fast and with great communication throughout. And finally Helen was so kind as she took me through the tenancy documents and handed over the keys, and described the local area pointing out nice places to go even though I hadn't asked! 100% recommend these guys for renting, and thank you to all the team again!

None of it Blundells fault so they well and truly earned their fee. Thanks again, you put up with so much in those months. Would definitely choose again... BUT... won't be moving again EVER!! ????????????

They have made it so clear and easy from day one and have gone out of their way to help and support us with the whole process. I am so glad that we chose them. The stressful process of selling a house suddenly became so straightforward. Couldn’t have asked for better.

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)I cannot recommend Haybrooks highly enough. All the staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. They arranged many viewings for me and carried these out as I wasn't able to show potential buyers round myself. I was amazed by how many viewings they arranged. They found me so many potential buyers! I was equally impressed with the marketing of my property. I was very happy with the price I got and this was guided by them. I was given regular updates and good advice when needed. After a sale was agreed I had a lot of contact with Tallulah, the Sales Progressor. What a delight she was to work with! She did a fantastic job pushing the sale along and I am so grateful to her for her sound advice and help. Tallulah liaised with my solicitor and the buyer's solicitor and she was instrumental in securing a speedy sale. Thank you to everyone at Haybrooks. It has been a pleasure working with you.

4th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

21st May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.
