James was extremely helpful throughout the viewing and rental process and made our move to the area much easier.<br><br>After a few initial challenges settling into the property and with the management handover, I would particularly like to recognise Esther Kerenge, who has been exceptional since taking over as our Property Manager.<br><br>We had a number of outstanding maintenance items following our move, and Esther has been incredibly responsive, professional and proactive in helping us work through them. She communicates clearly, follows up when she says she will, keeps us informed, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved properly.<br><br>Most recently, Esther responded very quickly when we discovered a potential leak, arranging for an excellent contractor to attend and ensuring the issue was dealt with promptly. She has also coordinated the completion of a number of other outstanding maintenance items, always remaining helpful, patient and positive throughout.<br><br>What I appreciate most is that Esther manages the relationship in a way that feels fair and constructive for both tenant and landlord. We take a lot of pride in looking after the property as if it were our own, and it makes such a difference having a Property Manager who recognises that and works collaboratively with us.<br><br>Esther is an absolute credit to Acorn, and I wanted to make sure her professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service were recognised. Thank you, Esther, for everything you do — it is very much appreciated.<br><br>And thank you again to James for helping us find and secure a home that we are very happy in.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had an overall good experience with Galloways. The team was friendly, responsive and supported me through each step of the process. Some pressure was applied towards the end but overall I was happy to be supported by a smaller team and local agency to West Norwood.

Prompt, proactive, professional and courteous at all times. The result was a very speedy listing to completion.<br>For anyone thinking of selling my advice would always be to use a top class estate agent AND an excellent solicitor! It's always worth it.<br>KFH are highly recommended.

18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)In a class of their own. I have dealt with lots of estate agents over the years and I have never come across an outfit so organised, friendly and efficient. We sold our flat through them and from the 1st interaction it was a different experience. They provided helpful information every step of the way, they returned phonecalls and they stayed involved right up to the end of the process. They did what they said would do at the start, all the way through and took the stress out the process. Lewis and Bryony and Tabby were all brilliant. It made me wonder why others don't do the same thing ??????

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! He was proactive, always available for viewings, responded quickly to messages at all hours, and truly cared about finding the right place for me. Excellent service!

We were kept informed, answered any questions and worked hard to achieve a sale. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.
12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.<br><br>Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.<br><br>Steer clear.- 8th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)GetAgent recommended Keatings, which we may not have thought of. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.
