Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

She was insightful, patient, responsive and efficient, deftly pushed everyone involved in the purchase along as required, and was the epitome of charm and good humour throughout. 28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I chose to sell my flat with the KFH Dulwich village team after a poor experience with a different estate agent. Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH. Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement. Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. Would recommend working with Kayode from seeing properties to getting to exchange/completion.
11th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Van driver WN75 HWK. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Overall, the whole experience felt seamless. The team were professional, accommodating, and very easy to work with throughout. I’m really pleased I chose Acorn and I would highly recommend them.

Liam clearly knew the building, knew the figures for all recent sales of apartments in the building. I was certainly invited to discuss the price at which I’d like to sell the flat. It was clear that Liam and Barnard Marcus knew how to sell online. All very professional, a price was set.
