First as our rental agent and property manager for 9 years, then as our selling agent in our final year of ownership. Dave, Nikki, David, Paul, Keira and Luke - a superb team that brought expertise and professional leadership consistently. In that time they found us 2 long-term tenants, with each staying over 4 years. No void periods, no problems and we received prompt notification of anything in the house needed attention from us. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

4th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
