12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Able Estates were very friendly and helpful during the initial stages in preparing the house for sale and this continued throughout the process. Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. They also gave good advice and contacts when it came to having the property cleared. On the whole, it was a very good experience.
14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

From David when he came to value and talk me through the process and Luke who handled everything from then on nothing was too much trouble and he kept me informed every inch of the way and always with a smile. 22nd Aug 2026 (2 days ago)I have been looking for an apartment in London and it hasn’t been easy given how quickly the rental market moves. I worked with Ellesse from Johns and Co. who has been lovely to work with. She was extremely proactive with keeping us informed on any properties incoming, offers put on the house, was open to help us negotiating the rent as well.<br>Ultimately we decided to go another way as we found a more preferred house but I definitely prior recommend working with Ellesse!!

It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Was told I would receive an email/ text to confirm my viewing, nothing. 4 hours before the viewing I get a text saying viewing was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule. I replied back saying that if I would still be able to view the second property- no reply. I then asked what day works best for him to reschedule- no reply. Complete lack of professionalism and communication this team member at Foxtons. No replies, no heads up and no communication on alternatives anything at all.
18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)My experience with Bentham & Reeves was a 10/10 we had the lovely Edelyn Reynolds as our agent, who was absolutely amazing.<br><br>Communication was fabulous and Edelyn honestly made the whole process feel less daunting.<br><br>I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to support us during this process.- 15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.

23rd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
