27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I really dislike and distrust all estate agents, they are slimey little liars, desperate to make a sale for their commission, it's just a fact. They overprice almost every house on the market. Also a fact. Having said that I dealt with Will a while back, I was buying my first house and he was actually pretty decent, as far as estate agents go. Definitely gave us the sales speech, but ultimately I actually don't care, I am in my dream house. Having been lied to and strung out for literally years by other agents, dealing with Will was a good experience, he was great with communication and explained the process of buying a house. The most frustrating part for me is how they recommend their own solicitors/surveyors etc, as they say they can chase them and speed up the process etc, because it is companies they deal with. But I found these companies more expensive. When I chose my own through family or friends recommendations, it was definitely frowned upon and was clearly told it wasn't a good idea, it could take longer etc etc. But actually I saved money and it literally didn't take any longer at all. From putting an offer in, to my moving date it was 3 months!!! Which was helped by Will and both seller and us, the buyers, wanting the process to be fast. We were also told the sellers survey on the house was still in date and if we wanted to hurry the process further, we could use that. We decided yo pay for a good survey to ensure our money was being well spent. The idea of just trusting a survey because it was less than two years old rang alarm bells and it blew my mind it would be suggested. But estate agents are sharks. The day we moved in, I was emailed and asked to leave a review. Which always bugs me as I believe leaving a review should be organic and not asked of you. So I didn't bother at the time. I was recently contacted by phone and email, asking if I had considered selling, it's not even been two years... how desperate is the housing market?! I've dealt with every company there is in regards to buying a house and Will in particular is the only estate agent that I have ever truly liked or trusted! What he told me happened, he never actually told me what I wanted to hear, I actually felt he was quite honest. I have zero plans to ever sell my house, I plan to die in it then eventually haunt it. BUT should I ever change my mind I would deal specifically with Will.

5th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

They were tenacious in getting it over the line, accommodating, professional, helpful, kind, and understanding. Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.
4th Feb 2026 (22 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

He has literally bent over backwards helping my old aunt and uncles sale go through as smoothly as possible. Paul has always been at the end of the phone,kept us all updated through every step of the way and even taken time to go and help my elderly uncle fill out forms as we were so far away at the time. He even messaged me tonight(the day of the move) to see how they both were,I cannot thank him enough for everything. We would 100% recommend them-absolutely outstanding!!!!??

12th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)I attended the property managed by Foxtons whilst tenants were still living there, it was obviously not up to scratch and the sales agent Joey - Ray Poulastides assured me the place would be like new on the day I picked up the keys. The pictures attached to this review will show he is a liar.<br><br>I have since escalated the matter to his manager Jade Martin who has given the standard ‘we will respond within 15 working days’ and is nowhere to be seen. I have complained to the property manager Titia Wootton who said whatever the sales team said to me is none of her business and is fighting every step of the way to do the bare minimum.<br><br>The property was inspected by Foxtons prior to my arrival and picking up of the keys, based on the pictures I attach to this review, they basically checked if the place had burned down and that was it.<br><br>Titia Wootton is the property manager, she will use the fact that the building is 15 years old as an excuse to not carry out the proper checks and works. Please see the pictures and ask yourself, does this look like an issue that couldn’t be solved?<br><br>If you are thinking of becoming a tenant in a property managed by Foxtons Woolwich above all else keep in mind the customer service is abysmal. The team do not care about the tenants and will take every opportunity to remind you of this.<br><br>If you’re being shown around by Joey-Ray Poulsastides he will omit key information such as the gym included with the property is not free, and then proceed to overpromise and under-deliver.<br><br>Joey is managed by Jade Martin, she will be quick to take your money, and slow to react on anything else which is most likely how Joey has gotten away with swindling tenants so far.<br><br>In conclusion, this is the worst management company I have ever come across.

23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
