They are honest, very prompt to fixing things, they are very polite especially (Katie). I was with them for over 7 years and never had any regrets. God bless you all. Shalom

18th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We were dealing with Donna Distin. Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Thank you again for helping us find our place
13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

1st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. Unfortunately it's the complete experience that was a let down.

As our coordinator, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive from start to finish. He made the entire process clear, smooth, and stress-free. If you are working with E & C Estates, I highly recommend asking for Ade—he truly goes the extra mile!

I have been renting with them for some months now and the whole process was seamless. They have ensured that we are safe and the property is in great working order. The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. He didn’t just sell my flat — he went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will always be grateful. 5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Chris has been excellent throughout the process, both selling and supporting me in the purchase process. He has gone above and beyond in all his support. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
