25th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Andrew Milsom and Partners made the whole process so simple and they handled everything for us as we live so far away. The house went on the market on Friday and was sold the following Thursday. I can not praise them too much, especially Gemma who was excellent

27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally. He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.

6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time). We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.
29th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

They provide a personal service where only one person shows viewers around and has learnt everything about the property so any questions asked can be answered with confidence. We had 19 viewings and sold our property within a month of being advertised. Plus their charges included vat which the majority of other agents add on so that’s an immediate saving of 20%.
