9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We purchased our flat through Savills in Windsor and were very ably supported throughout the process by Kornelija Makareviciute- her communications throughout the process were excellent- and particularly so when we hit some problems during the legal process post offer. Whilst her client was the seller, we also felt that as purchasers she was responsive to our needs for information and she didn't hold back from nudging both set of solicitors and others in moving the process forward. Her process was very effective and we are grateful to her for that! We achieved exchange and completion within 3 months of offer which for a leasehold property seemed pretty good going!

Complete lack of communication, chaos in absolutely everything, inaction in solving the problems of the tenants!. ??The promises when signing the contract turned out to be empty words!. The agency created more problems for us than it solved! Waste of time, nerves and money! I categorically do not recommend!
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)What can i say? Called on the morning of 2nd March and spoke to Swati on the phone requesting a same day viewing of an apartment to rent that had just gone up same day. Quickly booked and both agreed for 14:30. Advised me I’ll be meeting Maryam at the property. My first time moving into a place where it’s all on me. The advice the help these 2 ladies have given is amazing. Viewed the place with Maryam and Maryam just stepped to the side and said ‘you view it and then we speak’ i loved that! Usually when i have been viewing the estate agents want to rush and get it over and done with but Maryam allowing me to do that and speak to family at same time had my nerves settled. We spoke had a few laughs and i just knew this place was the one but the hard part was me moving in within a week. These ladies were on top of it to ensure everything was done correctly and also done swiftly. Swati helped me understand some things and also helped me with the formalities smoothly. They met the target of my moving in date and went to go collect the keys after work from Maryam at the store and its like she knew i was coming she was ready with everything. I want to say to both of you ladies. You both are amazing at what you do. Please keep doing what you are doing and never change. You both have an amazing personality. ??????

14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)An absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Knights Property services, they were brilliant, they kept us informed every step of the way, in Any questions we had were dealt with in a friendly efficient manner and they always had the answer back the same day. Once an offer was accepted we were handed over to Andrew who again did an exceptional job, constantly on the case and making sure we were aware of what was happening , couldn’t have made it any easier. Well done everyone and a big thank you, Would highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience with Shannon Lumbard who was instrumental in helping us reach completion. Without her consistently monitoring, following up and ensuring all parties were doing what needs to be done, I'm not sure if we would have been able to complete. Due to volatility in the market and even some last minute challenges that caused a lot of stress for all involved, Shannon consistently and professionally worked with us (as well as our own estate agents) to ensure all parties navigated them and sought out any decisions from the seller's and their chain professionally and responsively. We developed great rapport with her during the process, as she took account of our own circumstances and needs for our purchase too, even though we were on the buying side. Whether buying or selling a property, I cannot recommend Shannon enough! Thank you so much to you and all the team at Chancellors.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

From the start communication, care and patience was felt and truly appreciated especially having a hectic work schedule. Both Ella and Trinity have been exceptional and patient in all arrangements for viewing and in the execution of showing me three wonderful properties of which I made an offer to one and was accepted. 14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Really disappointing experience. My partner rented a property that was heavily affected by ongoing anti-social behaviour, which made living there very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the property manager, Bradley Lusted, was often unavailable and extremely difficult to reach when issues needed to be addressed. On top of that, once the tenancy ended there was a significant lack of transparency and communication regarding the deposit. It was unclear what was happening and responses were slow or nonexistent. Overall, the lack of support, communication, and accountability made the whole experience frustrating and stressful.
